The guys thought it was funny, but they also know that I haven’t been eating much.

“You guys really didn’t have to do that.” I said.

“Why not? It was fun shooting that asshole.” Eric said. And the others laughed while I just smirked at him.

“Ben. You threatened to go over the Captain’s head. Did you mean that? Because they could try and transfer one of us for this.” I said.

“I won’t let that happen. I promise.” He said.

I looked back at my tray of food and I rested my elbow on the table while I started rubbing my head.

“Headache?” Jesse asked.

“Yeah. I’ve been getting a lot of them lately. I don’t know why. I usually don't get them at all.” I said.

“You want some painkillers?” Eric asked.

“No. I’ll be alright. I just want to have dinner and go have a hot shower.” I said.

So we finished eating dinner in silence, but as soon as everyone else started walking in, it started getting really loud.

Luckily I had almost finished my food, so I left and headed back to the bunk house.

The guys didn’t come with me. They said that they had something to do.

So I went to have a long hot shower and I hoped that it was going to make me feel better.

When I got dressed I went to my bed and laid down.

I was thinking that I would love to get some more alone time with Ben, but that wasn’t possible. I was always too exhausted.

I tried to get to sleep before everyone else came back to the bunk house, but I just kept tossing and turning. I didn’t know what the hell was wrong with me.

I was really uncomfortable, I was sweating profusely, my headache was getting worse and I felt like I was going to be sick.

He laid me down gently on the ground but I couldn’t lay still.

As my bones were breaking I was screaming and I wasn’t even trying to make sense of anything anymore.

All I could think about was the pain.

“She’s over here.” Ben sang out.

I looked up at him and wiped the sweat out of my eyes.

I saw two figures appear out of the forest and they walked close enough for me to see that it was Alpha Ezra and Luna Morgan.

Immediately thinking that they were going to kill me, I tried to get up but my legs broke and I fell to the ground.

Ben kneeled down beside me and placed his hands on my arms trying to shush me.

His touch did soothe the pain a little but I stared at Ezra and Morgan in fear.
