The Omega and The Arrogant Alpha (by Kylie) novel Chapter 32

Chapter 32

Jack was trying to use his body weight from stopping me from fighting back. But I managed to knee him between the legs at one point, but that didn’t stop him.

“Good girl. I like it rough.” He laughed.

He tore my shirt and then leaned back slightly to unbuckle his pants.

I tried to use that to my advantage but he grabbed both of my hands in one of his and held them above my head. z

“Get the fuck off me.” I yelled, still fighting underneath him.

“Oh yeah, keep going. Just like that.” He moaned.

Suddenly the door burst open and Jack was tackled to the ground.

I got up and Ace was on top of him, beating him almost senseless.

Ace was relentless. He wouldn’t stop. He kept hitting him and hitting him.

Jack was unconscious by the time he stopped and I was leaning against the wall on the far end of the office.

“Are you alright?” Ace asked.

“I’ll be fine.” I said.

“Did he hurt you?”

“Just a few bruises. Nothing to worry about.” I said.

More people were called to the warehouse and the warriors took Jack away. And just as they were leaving, Alpha Logan showed up.

“Don’t put him in the town jail. Put him in the dungeon under the packhouse.” Alpha Logan ordered.

“Yes, sir.” One warrior said.

Alpha Logan walked over to me, where I was sitting on the ramp where the trucks got unloaded and he saw my torn clothes and Ace was standing beside me.

“How far did he get?” Alpha Logan asked, looking at Ace.

“Not very. A couple of bruises but she’ll be fine.” Ace answered.

“Why did he do this?” Alpha Logan asked.

“How the hell should I know? He’s been looking at me weird for ages.” I said.

“Alright. I’ve got it from here Ace.” Alpha Logan said. So Ace bared his neck at Logan and walked off.

“Are you going to give me the third degree now? What the liell was I supposed to do? He’s my boss. He said that he wanted to see me in his office.” I said.

“You’re not in trouble. It’s not the first time he’s done this.” Alpha Logan said.

“Then why isn’t he in jail?” I asked.

“Because the other women wouldn’t come forward. But it doesn’t matter this time. He was caught in the act by a

warrior. So I can lock him up without going through the whole bullshit investigation.” He said.

“Good.” I said, standing up.

I started walking away when Alpha Logan grabbed my arm.

“Your back is bleeding. When did you get the stitches out?” He asked.

“I got mom to take them out last night.” I said.

“You’re coming with me.” He said, not leaving any room for discussion.

He took me back to the packhouse and when we went inside he made a phone call and then took me through to the kitchen.

He got me a cup of coffee and I leaned against the bench, looking out the window at the view of the woods from up on the hill.

“I used to love sitting on the bench and looking down there.” Alpha Logan said, standing next to me.

“It’s beautiful from up here. Why did you bring me here?” I asked.

“The doctor will be here shortly to stitch you back up.” He said.

“I understand that. But you could have taken me to the hospital.” I said.

“I thought you would have been sick of that place by now.”

“I am. That still doesn’t explain why you brought me here.”

“People are starting to ask questions. The less we’re seen in public together, the better.” He said.

“Right. So, it’s all about your image.” I said.

“What do you want from me?” He asked.

“Anything but this.” I said, looking back out the window.

He didn’t say anything else to me as I stood in the kitchen looking out the window. But it wasn’t too long before the doctor arrived and I sat at the kitchen table, while he sat behind me and stitched me up again.

“Don’t take these out until I tell you to. Okay.” Dr. Maxwell said.

“They were pinching.” I said.

“Well, I’ve done them a little looser this time. I will see you in a couple of days and assess them then.” He said.

So Dr. Maxwell got up to leave the house and I noticed that Alpha Logan was staring out the window behind us. I soon realized that it was because I was only sitting there with a bra on. So I put my shirt and jumper back on and stood up.
