The One I Should've Married (Stella and Sebastian) novel Chapter 171

The Sinclairs!

They had turned every hospital in the city upside down, but there was still no sign of Stella Channing.

Inside Lawrence Sinclair's hospital room, a loud crash echoed.

Furious, Lawrence smashed the water glass from his nightstand onto the floor.

"That useless Julian Sinclair! If he had just brought Stella back to the Sinclair Manor last night, none of this would be happening!"

Now look at the mess they were in.

After leaving the Vance estate, she had completely vanished!

Arthur Sinclair's expression darkened over the failure to locate Stella.

Sensing the palpable murderous intent radiating from Arthur, Vivienne Sinclair anxiously pleaded with Lawrence, "Things were just bizarre last night. You can't blame Julian for this."

Speaking of Julian, she was genuinely terrified that Arthur would storm into the other room and kill him on the spot!

Ever since Stella came down with Spiritual Amnesia, her poor Julian had suffered enough!

Eleanor Sinclair looked at Vivienne. "Did you find Father Gabriel to perform an exorcism on him? He needs to return to normal immediately!"

After all, Julian and Stella were husband and wife.

The priority was for Julian to coax Stella back.

Hopefully, after the harsh lesson from the Vances, Stella would learn to be reasonable and stop making things so difficult for them.

Vivienne nodded. "I found him. He'll be here first thing tomorrow morning."

Arthur seemed dissatisfied, clearly feeling that Vivienne was acting too slowly. His expression worsened.

Before he could speak, Vivienne added, "I was thinking, once we find Stella, we can have Father Gabriel perform an exorcism on her too. I genuinely feel like she's been suffering from Spiritual Amnesia these past few days."

The change in her demeanor was just too drastic.

Even though she disliked Stella, she had to admit that the girl had been incredibly obedient during her three years with the Sinclairs.

Yet recently, it was as if she had suddenly grown a spine made of pure rebellion!

If this wasn't Spiritual Amnesia, what was it?

"Then send more people to look for her. Check the clinics too!" Eleanor ordered.

Hearing Eleanor mention clinics, Arthur and Lawrence exchanged a quick glance.

"That's right!" Lawrence realized. "She might be at a clinic!"

Given the Vances' ruthless methods, she probably couldn't even get through the front doors of a regular hospital right now.

The Vances hated her guts. Why would they give her the chance to receive proper medical treatment at a hospital?

So it was entirely possible that she had been forced to seek out a small clinic.

Realizing this, Arthur immediately made a call. "Search every clinic in the city right now."

Damn it, why hadn't they thought of this earlier?

After giving the orders, Arthur turned to Vivienne. "Once you find her, make sure Father Gabriel performs a thorough exorcism on her as well."
