The One I Should've Married (Stella and Sebastian) novel Chapter 91

Vincent and Beatrice returned quickly.

After all, they had been going out of their minds trying to find Stella for the past two days.

Her phone was unreachable, and the people they sent out hadn't found a single trace of Xander.

Now that they finally got word Stella had returned to the Channing Estate, they rushed back as fast as humanly possible, desperate to beat her there!

Coming with them was Ivy Sloane!

Seeing the rosy color returning to Ivy's cheeks, she didn't look like someone in the late stages of uremia at all.

Stella clicked her tongue in amusement. "You're looking remarkably healthy."

Ivy's expression tightened.

Meeting Stella's smiling eyes, she felt an overwhelming sense of danger and instinctively wanted to back away.

But remembering why she was here, she forced herself to step forward.

Before she could even speak, Vincent bellowed in rage, "You ungrateful brat! Not only did you kidnap Xander, but you beat Valerie to a pulp!"

Just thinking about how Valerie's hand was completely ruined made Vincent's blood boil.

He stepped forward, raising his hand to slap Stella across the face.

Stella shot him a glacial glare. "Mr. Channing, you'd better think very carefully about the consequences of striking me right now."

"You—I am your father! Why shouldn't I teach you a lesson—"

Vincent roared!

Yet his hand froze in midair. He simply didn't have the courage to follow through.

'Father?'

Hearing that word, the mockery in Stella's eyes deepened.

"Father. Hah..."

So, he actually remembered he was Stella's father?

What a pity. Hearing the word 'father' applied to her in his mouth was nothing short of a pathetic joke!

And it was a title she never gave a damn about anyway!

Vincent's chest heaved. "Tell me, where are you hiding Xander? Is that thing you sent over really hers..."

"It's hers!"
