Olivia’s POV-

After the X–rays, the doctors discharged me from the hospital, and I was able to go home in the custody of

my biological father. It was a relief that his lawyer and the CPS worker that was here, managed to secure

temporary custody of me for my biological father until a court date could be arranged for him to be

awarded full custody. I was glad I was able to go home with my dad.

Dad and Daniel were both waiting to drive me home. They were driving me home in an SUV today. I got

changed into some fresh clothing, with the help of Nurse Evans. When she left the room, Daniel was

leaning against the wall, his arms folded across his chest, standing guard.

He smiled at me, “Are you okay, beautiful? Gold is getting the SUV ready. We have an escort as well. Ten bikers are down there, waiting to take you to the clubhouse.”

“I am okay. I was just worried about what people might say about the bruises on my face,” I said.

Daniel moved towards me, reaching me in three long strides. His hands cupped my face, making me look directly at him. His gaze was steady, but the emotions in them said it all. “If anyone dares to say anything, they will earn themselves a bullet. No one talks about the woman I love in a negative way anymore. What you need to get into that pretty little head of yours is that these bruises show just how strong you truly are. They are a testament to your strength and courage.”

I blinked upon hearing him threaten to shoot someone for being horrible to me. I had never heard him threaten to shoot anyone before, but honestly, those words, with the dangerous look in his eyes, were so

hot.

He leaned in and pressed a kiss to my lips briefly, before pulling away, and asking, “Are you all packed and ready to go?”

I nodded, “Yes, I am ready to go.”

“They are all going to love you, well except maybe the club whores. But they hate Katie too and any woman that is dating a Knight but doesn’t have the old lady title.” Daniel said as he moved to grab my

suitcase for me.

“Why?” I asked.

“Because no one gets between a Knight and his old lady. So, they stay clear of Knights that have old ladies. But ones like me, Mike, Gold, we are still seen as fair game to them because we don’t have old ladies. I have never been interested nor will I ever be interested in any of them. I already have the perfect woman as my girlfriend,” he replied, as he wrapped his arm around my shoulders.

I felt myself blush, but at the same time I felt a little jealous knowing he had been around all these girls that had probably thrown themselves at him.

He leaned in and whispered, “You look a little jealous, my queen.”

“Mc, no, I am not jealous,” I said in a hurry, which made him chuckle.

“Come on, let’s get you to your new home,” he smiled, guiding me from the hospital room and downstairs to where my dad was waiting.

He was talking with a group of bikers, ten of them. Their bikes swarmed around the black SUV. Dad

spotted us first. Then everyone turned to look at us, or more specifically me.

“Stop staring at my daughter, before you all lose an eye!” Dad growled at them.

“Gold, why is Carnage touching her then?” one of them said.

“Because Olivia is my girlfriend, and I have Gold’s blessing.” Daniel growled.

The moment the words left Daniel’s mouth, all eyes snapped to him, and they gave a simple nod of their

heads.

Dad chuckled, “Alright, Princess, are you ready to go to your new home?”

I nodded, “What are we standing around here for? Let’s go.”

Dad and Daniel got me in the SUV before getting in themselves. The drive took about an hour, but that was because we hit some traffic. They explained to me that they needed to go to Church for ten minutes, and then Daniel would come find me and take me to meet everyone. They were going to be leaving me with Katie, so I was with someone I knew. That I was grateful for.

We approached this gated community. I had driven past it so many times. It looked so normal. I never realized it was land owned by the Phoenix Knights. They told me that the club is very well off, which is why they are able to own such a large area of land and have their own houses built on them.

The gate had armed guards, they opened the gate to allow some bikers through first and then us and the rest of the bikers behind. We came to a stop outside a large building, single floor, judging by the exterior appearance. But I suspect that there would be a bunker or basement.

Daniel hopped out first and opened the door for me, holding his hand out to help me out of the car.

Katie and Mike were waiting for us. Katie rushed over like she was going to throw herseit at me, but she

came to a sudden halt a mere step away from me.

“Can I hug you? My dad filled me in with more about what you went through, and I am all for murdering your stepfather if you wish it,” Katie said.

I chuckled, “You can hug me. He isn’t worth the energy it would take to kill him.“”

“Speak for yourself. As soon as I can get my hands on him, I will kill him,” Dad smirked.

“And, I will help,” Daniel added.

Katie wrapped her arms around me gently and said, “They will always be like that here. So, I am guessing

that you and Carnage are together, now.”

Inodded, blushing.

Katie looped her arm in mine and said, “Gold, Carnage, you better head in. Dad has been throwing a fit all morning, something about needing to go on another run. I will take care of Olivia. I am thinking we should go get some chocolate.

Dad pulled me in for a hug, kissing the top of my head, before heading off inside.

Daniel smiled at me, taking my hand in his, and whispered, “I will be back soon, my queen.”

I smiled, nodding my head, before he let go and followed after my dad. I watched him go before finally turning to look at Katie. “Shall we go get some chocolate while we talk about what is going on between you and Carnage?”

I nodded, “I think that would be great.”

Katie led me into the kitchen, where she got us a couple of bottles of water and these little chocolate

cupcakes. She asked, “So, when did he ask you out?”

“I actually told him to, because he said he was just waiting for the right moment,” I replied.

“Shut up, and then he asked and you said yes. What happened next?” Katie asked, practically bouncing

from one foot to the other.

“First kiss,” I whispered.

Katie shrieked, clearly very happy, before she said, “I always knew Carnage and you would end up together.

Now, let’s keep you two together.”

“Who is Carnage getting together with? Better not be this new house mouse.” A slutty woman sauntered into the room. She was wearing the skimpiest little dress going.

I also knew what house mouse meant. She doesn’t know anything about me yet. She judged me by the

bruises on my face. I decided to wait and not say anything yet.

“Carnage is a Knight and gets to choose whoever he wants, Darla!” Katie growled.

“Even this beaten, bruised, and used house mouse. Look at how timid she is. Carnage heeds a real woman, not this,” the slutty woman Darla said, gesturing to me.

I looked at Katie, completely ignoring Darla, and asked, “Who is she?”

Katie looked at me with an eyebrow raised. She was trying to figure out why I was asking that.

“She is a club whore. She hates any woman who becomes entangled with a Knight. She pretty much hates me, Phoenix and every single old lady here. They don’t normally work today. They must have gotten called in to introduce you to everyone here. All the Knights and their old ladies and young children are here.”

Katie explained.

“She hates us because we’re competition,” I replied.

Katic nudded as Darla yelled, “Who the fuck do you think you are ignoring me?”

“Someone who has no patience for an attitude like yours. Carnage is mine. You go near him, and you won’t

like what happens to you” I spoke with a coldness that even surprised me.

Katie’s jaw dropped upon hearing me speak. “God, you sound like him, like your father!”
