Chapter 29

Olivia’s POV

It had been a week since that sunset on the swing, and my dad had barely left my side, especially when

Daniel was at school. True to his promise, Daniel brought homework home from school for me, so I wouldn’t miss anything. So, while I was resting, I was doing all that homework, which I did pretty quickly. A couple of times during the week, Dad took me to his company and gave me a grand tour and showed me what he did, which was fun. It helped me make up my mind about what I wanted to do when I went to

college.

The night Daniel took me out on our first date, he took us for a little picnic near the lake that I love to swim in. He made all the food that he brought. He brought me flowers. He spent the night either kissing or cuddling, then when the sun went down, and it got colder, we climbed into the back seats of my truck, where we made out and let our hands wander over each other’s bodies. It was perfect in my eyes. I loved

every second of it.

Earlier today, I had x–rays done to see how well my ribs were healing. They confirmed that they were nearly healed, so Dad gave me all my leathers today. He wants to get me on my bike. He brought me a Kawasaki Ninja 650 as my first bike. Dad has been showing me all week how to ride it. Yesterday, he let me ride it up and down the street slowly. He said if Doc looked at my x–rays and cleared me, he would take me on a ride. Doc cleared me, so Dad is taking me out on my first ride. I had just finished getting in my leathers, and was heading downstairs, when I heard the massive roar of motorbikes outside. Dad chuckled at the bottom of the stairs, looking at the front door, shaking his head. “What is it, Dad?”

He turned to look at me, his eyes moving up and down, as an approving smile spread across his face. “You look like a real biker now. Are you ready for your first bike ride?”

I nodded, “Of course, I am, but why does it sound like there is a mass of bikers out there?”

Dad chuckled, “Because none of them wanted to miss the first bike ride of their future treasurer. They have come for moral support and to protect you.”

Dad moved to open the front door, letting me go first. My eyes widened in shock as I saw all the club was there. I covered my mouth with my hand, at the sight of everyone there for me. Daniel was standing next to my bike, holding a helmet that looked way too small for him. My dad stepped around me, heading to his own bike. I began making my way to my own bike. I knew I was blushing as I approached Daniel. “You are so fucking sexy, right now,” he growled lowly, as I got to him.

I looked down, anywhere but at him, after hearing him say that I knew I would be blushing an even deeper red. He hooked his finger under my chin and lifted my head to meet his gaze. He leaned in and pressed his lips to mine. I wrapped my arms around his neck, pulling him closer to me, as his arms coiled around my waist, holding me tight. Just as he deepened the kiss, a motorbike engine revved up, as whistles and hoots sounded around us. I pulled away, blushing at the fact that they had all been watching and were not teasing us. Daniel just smirked and winked at me. “I mean it, you do. Now, you have got a first bike ride,

and that is something I will not miss. I am going to be riding right next to you. But first…”

Daniel held the helmet out in front of me. I took it and turned it slowly in my hands. It was red, with the Phoenix Knights emblem on either side of it. But at the back of the helmet there was a crown. I ran my finger across it. “I asked for it to be put there, because you are my queen,” Daniel whispered.

I threw myself at him, wrapping my arms around his neck, as I said, “I love it.”

“I am glad you do,” he smiled.

“Come on, lovebirds, we ain’t got all day,” Mike called out.

Daniel and I chuckled, as Daniel helped me get my helmet on, before kissing my hands and heading to his

own bike, which was his Yamaha today. I climbed on mine. I started my engine as I heard Daniel’s voice in my helmet. “Our helmets are all linked, so we can communicate with each other.”

“So, no flirting, you two. Olivia, you need to concentrate,” Dad said.

I heard everyone chuckle, as I shook my head and revved my engine up, before responding, “No, we will

save that for later.”

I started moving off, everyone gave me space to ride, but still swarmed around me like a protective shield. They let me set the pace. Dad and Daniel even gave me pointers as I rode, not that I needed them. A few of the guys popped wheelies, including Daniel. “Don’t you even think about it,” Dad said.

I chuckled, “No, I wouldn’t. I was thinking I need to start practicing my hand stands again, maybe do a

hand stand on the bike.”

Cheers rang out, as everyone cheered me on to do it. “No, you are not doing that on the open road,” Dad

said.

“I wouldn’t yet,” I sighed.

“Another biker crew coming up behind us fast,” Gunner called out.

“Box around Olivia, we don’t need them riding past her too fast, that she loses control,” Prez ordered.

“Signal for them to go around us, Gunner,” Dragon ordered.

“Stay calm, princess,” Dad said.

I chuckled, “I am calm. You guys are worrying for nothing.”

Gunner called out, “Signaled. They are moving around us.”

The other group of bikers sped past us in a single file line, giving us plenty of space. I don’t know what Gunner had signaled, but they went past us, giving us more than enough space. After that, we pretty much enjoyed a quiet bike ride. It was nice for my first proper bike ride with the club. Eventually, we stopped for gas and to stretch our legs. Dad and Daniel both gave me a hug. The moment my dad disappeared inside the gas station to pay, Daniel was on me. He sat on my bike, pulling my flush against him and kissed me like I was the air he needed to breathe. I don’t know how long we were making out for, before I heard my

dad grow! behind us. Atom called out, “Least they aren’t fucking yet.”

“Have you seen Carnage? He is barely holding back from fucking her,” Fireball responded.

Daniel pulled away from my lips, his eyes tocked on mine as he smirked at me. I could see the desire in his eyes, the lust. He wanted me, just as much as I wanted him. As the past week had progressed, the more we wanted each other. Things had gotten intense between us, but we never really had much time alone to do anything together. My dad was always close by, or we were with the rest of the teens, including Benny and Megan, who had come to visit me after school a few times.

I wanted to do more than just make out with him, and I think he was picking up on that, especially with that smirk on his face. He whispered, “We will spend some time alone tonight.”
