When Drew started teasing Nicholas, I watched as Nicholas hesitated before slowly making his way over

to us.

Once Nicholas reached us, he shot Drew a grin and said, “I was just walking around nearby and saw something that caught my eye, so I grabbed it without thinking.”

Drew leaned in, trying to reach for Nicholas, but Nicholas quickly backed away, his hand protecting whatever was in his pocket.

Watching Nicholas act so secretive only made Drew more curious. “Come on, what is it? Just show us already!”

Nicholas kept his hand pressed against his pocket. “It’s nothing special.”

I drove back to Blissfield Villa. As soon as I parked and got out of the car, a dark figure suddenly darted out from the corner by the entrance.
