Elara found it strange that he didn't immediately tackle her the moment they stepped inside.

"Why are you being so good today?"

Zane answered honestly. "I'm afraid you'll make fun of me later."

"Does that really bother you?"

"Yes."

Elara found his sincerity amusing. "Then how about you serve me for a bit? I promise I won't crush your ego."

"Done." Zane wrapped his hands around her waist. "If you don't like the toys, we can use something else."

"I meant you can serve me by drawing my bath. Where is your mind going?" Elara couldn't help but pinch his arm. "Besides, it's not like you can't get hard."

"And I don't like a single one of those little toys. Throw them all away immediately."

"Those things were pretty expensive. Maybe we should keep them?" Zane knew his stamina had been an issue, so until his condition was fully cured, he figured the tools still had their uses.

Elara raised an eyebrow. "Do you want me to pay you back for them?"

Zane quickly backpedaled. "Actually, I don't like them either. I only kept them in the cabinet because I thought you enjoyed them."

"Consider this your official notice: I don't like them."

"Okay, okay. I'll get rid of them when I have a second. I can't just toss them in the regular trash, right? Imagine the cleaning lady lifting the lid and seeing all that. How awkward would that be?"

Chattering away, Zane guided her into the master bathroom.

Noticing Elara glancing at him every few seconds, it finally dawned on him why she had asked him to bathe her.

She didn't want him to serve her. She was keeping a close eye on him to make sure he didn't sneak any pills.

Zane chuckled. "What's wrong with popping one pill and guaranteeing a fantastic night?"

"Shut up and go test the water temperature."

Elara needed to remove her makeup first, so by the time she stepped into the glass shower enclosure, Zane was already rinsed off.

"You look stunning even without makeup," Zane murmured in awe.
