Tara can clearly see that Luke's fighting skills are a complete joke. In an action movie, a guy like him wouldn't survive past the opening credits. He might not be able to take down a squad of mercenaries, but he is more than capable of sneaking Bianca out. Without having to protect her friend, Tara knows she can easily wipe the floor with these guys.

"Are—are you sure about that?!" Luke stammers, barely dodging a heavy swing. "I don't want to see you get crushed!"

He is terrified of leaving her behind. If Danny finds out he abandoned Tara in a death trap, his best friend will literally murder him. Luke was only in this godforsaken village to close a massive real estate deal. The paperwork wasn't even signed before he stumbled into this chaotic nightmare. If he runs away now, Danny will strip the flesh from his bones. Talk about terrible luck!

"Take her and go! I can handle them," Tara barks, ducking under a blade. "If you stay, we're all going to die!"

"You mean it? You're not just being polite?!" he yells, frantically blocking a punch. If she is just trying to be a martyr and he runs, Danny will have his head on a spike!

"Who the hell has time to be polite right now?!" Tara explodes, her patience fully depleted. "Get out of here before I tell Danny you ruined everything!"

"Okay, okay! Got it!" Realizing that staying would just make him a liability, Luke stops hesitating. He grabs Bianca's hand and bolts toward the rear exit, sprinting into the shadows.

Bianca desperately wants to stay, wanting to shout a dramatic, emotional refusal to leave her best friend behind. But seeing the absolute fury on Tara's face, she bites her lip and lets Luke drag her away.
