Tara watches her brothers step up to defend her, a faint sense of warmth touching her chest. Just as she is about to speak, Julianna cuts in, "I wouldn't say it if I didn't have proof!"

"I warned you to disappear. As long as you're here, I can't help but suspect you're still secretly seeing Danny!"

"Since you refuse to listen, I'll just have to start taking out the people around you. Your aunt, Zoey, is first! She loves sticking her nose where it doesn't belong, so she's dead! This party is the perfect opportunity. Just wait and see."

The voice is crisp, melodic, and highly recognizable. Everyone in the room instantly identifies it as Tara's!

A collective gasp ripples through the banquet hall.
