"Of course I came to see you," Tara says, giving Zoey a thorough medical exam. "I feel so guilty about what happened to you at my birthday party."

"It's not your fault," Zoey frowns, her gentle demeanor shifting to something sharper. "I never expected Julianna to..."

Although Zoey doesn't want to dig into her niece's motives, her suspicions are growing. She confides in Tara. "To be honest, Julianna feels like a complete stranger lately."

Ever since her parents died, Julianna seems like a different person. Her habits are the same, but spending so much time together, Zoey senses the subtle shifts. Gavin's change is even more drastic.
