Howard didn’t look embarrassed at all. He pulled his hand back, told his two assistants to start recording, and then picked u his cue.
“Alright then, let’s play nine–ball. Winner takes all, one game decides it!” he announced.
He walked over to the table. “Mind if I break?”
Natalie crossed her arms, her posture relaxed as she lifted her chin, gesturing for him to do whatever he wanted.
Howard stuck out his tongue, lined up his shot, and took a deep breath.
The crowd cleared a space around the table, everyone holding their breath, waiting in suspense.
After all, Howard was a big deal online, but they’d all just watched Natalie clear the table in one go. She was definitely someone to watch out for.
Howard bent over the table, taking aim.
His movements were precise and strong. Anyone could tell he’d put in the hours.
His arm was steady, his eyes laser–focused, and he radiated confidence.
Crack!
The cue ball smashed into the rack, scattering the colored balls across the table.
One ball dropped into a pocket.
He straightened up and flashed Natalie a smug smile.
‘Not bad, huh? Guess I got lucky,” he said.
Howard kept shooting.

Chapter 101
“Now Natalie has to clear the rest if she wants to win!”
“No way, those shots are tough as hell!”
“Don’t be so sure! She just ran the whole table earlier, remember?”
Blondie crossed her arms and let out a cold, mocking laugh.
‘Six in a row?‘ Blondie scoffed to herself.
Just wait, you’ll be bawling your eyes out soon,‘ she thought with a smirk.
Rosie gripped her hands nervously and whispered, “Come on, Natalie…”
Natalie stepped up to the table, grabbing her cue.
She didn’t bend down right away. First, she scanned the layout of the balls.
Only four colored balls remained, spread out in tough spots with awkward angles.
Howard watched her, clearly entertained, his smug smile never fading.
He’d already done the math on those four balls in his head.
5 vouc!
Two were pressed up against the rails with awkward angles. Hit them too hard and they’d ricochet off, too soft and they wouldn’t even make it to the pocket.
The other two were sitting in the middle, but one was blocked by the cue ball, and the other would need a crazy amount side just to sink it.
Even a pro would have to think twice before taking on a setup like this.
She still had four balls left to sink, while he only needed one more to win. Talk about pressure
Howard stepped back, crossed his arms, and looked like he was just waiting for the drama to unfold.
No rush, take your time, lady,” Howard said.
His tone was full of teasing, like he already thought the game was in the bag
The crowd started murmuring, voices buzzing with excitement
Man, that’s a tough shot

alie can win this?”
Blondie crossed her arms, still wearing that cocky, devil–may–care smirk.
Don’t worry, she said, oozing confidence.
Natalie weighed her cue in her hand, her expression flat. She gave the table a casual glance, then bent
Her movements stayed loose and careless, as if she was just playing around.
Crack!
The cue ball slammed into a ball and sent it straight into the pocket, clean as can be.
“No way! She nailed that shot?!”

Thunderous applause exploded, and the whole pool hall was buzzing with energy.
