The middle–aged man sitting in the third row was so excited he could hardly speak. I’ve been attending concerts for thirty years, and I’ve never, never experienced anything like this.
“No wonder she’s a musical prodigy!”
“What’s the name of that piece?”
‘I don’t know… Natalie didn’t say.”
It must have a name, right? A piece this amazing has to have a name!”
Nora sat in the audience, gripping the hem of her dress so tightly her knuckles turned white, utterly shaken by the power of he music.
This was the first time she’d ever heard her cousin Natalie, the legendary musical prodigy, perform in person.
t was at this moment that Nora finally understood what it really meant to be a once–in–a–century musical genius.
Evelyn was totally blown away.
she didn’t really know much about music, but she could feel it hit her right in the soul.
she could also see that the gap between her own daughter and Natalie was absolutely massive.
After hearing Natalie play, the Mitchell family felt a mix of pride and heartache.
They didn’t even want to think about what their daughter must have gone through to write a piece like that.
she was only nineteen, but she had a level of calm and composure way beyond her years.
Edward Lopez took the stage, smiling as he spoke a few words.
I’m hearing this piece for the first time, just like all of you.
I asked Natalie, and she told me it’s called ‘Untitled Piece!
Alright, the second half is just as amazing, so make sure you don’t zone out,” he said with a grin.
After firushing his remarks with a smile, Edward nodded politely to the audience and then took his seat at the piano
The second half of the performance kicked off
Edward’s fingers danced across the keys, launching into Franz Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsody
The lively, upbeat melody poured out, bursting with energy, a total contrast to the last pices of the thist hall which had been so haunting and full of destiny
The audience was quickly drawn back into the world of music swept up in the lighthearted and joyful atmosphere
Piece after piece flowed seamlessly each one a total classic that left everyone absolutely mesmerized
Every single performance was a masterpiece captivating everyone in the audience.
