Chapter 51: Chapter 51

TESSA POV

No one found me hiding behind that dumpster for the rest of the afternoon which I was grateful for. But then it started getting dark. I noticed that the shops started closing around town. It truely was a small town. Nothing stayed open after dark and the streets were deserted.

I came out from my hiding place looking around to see if I could see any sign of anyone coming to help me. But there was nothing. Until I heard someone walk into the street behind me clicking her tongue.

I turned around slowly and Katherine was standing in the middle of the street.

"What are you going to do now? There aren’t any humans to witness any vampire or werewolf activities. So, I can do whatever I want here and there’s nothing anyone can do about it." She smirks. And I suddenly throw my hand up and hit her with a bolt of electricity that sent her flying 20 feet backwards on the road and she landed on her back.

"Wanna bet bitch." I say.

"Right. So you’re gonna do it the hard way." She says standing up.

"Well, I sure as hell wasn’t going to go back willingly." I say. She was then surrounded by vampires and Rogues and one lonely witch standing off to the side. I glared at the witch and she was looking at me rather nervously.

I focused in on the witch for a minute there before I started smiling at her.

"You know exactly what I am capable of, don’t you?" I asked.

"I heard what you did in New Orleans." She stuttered out.

" Wow. You’re not looking so tough now that I’m not shackled to a fucking bed." I say.

"Stop talking and get her." Katherine screamed. And the vampires and Rogues started charging towards me and I put up a shield to protect myself and then turned that shield into a bubble that they were trapped in. Katherine looked at the witch and she was still standing there hesitantly.

"She’s not going to attack me Katherine. She knows better than that. She knows that she doesn’t stand a fucking chance against me." I say.

"Josiah promised me that we would have a special baby. And that was you. You were going to give us that. But instead you took him from me. But I am still going to have that baby." She demanded.

"Like hell you’re getting your hands on my baby." I demanded back.

Katherine then charged at me again but I held my hand out and she was stopped in her tracks when she was held up by an invisible force around the throat. I lifted her higher and stopped her from coming any closer. But I saw the witch do something out the corner of my eye and suddenly the vampires and Rogues were released from that bubble.

I dropped Katherine and prepared to protect myself against them when suddenly there was another loud roar that shook the ground and the vampires and Rogues were all tackled by a group of at least 30 monstrous werewolves from the left andf were bowled over like bowling pins. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝚠𝚎𝚋𝗻𝗼𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝚘𝐦

I recognised the one in front. My large beautiful saviour Tyler. I managed to back up against the wall of a shop and I slid to the ground taking a deep breathe. That fight alone took everything out of me. All the energy I had. I couldn’t even stand up straight.

The snarls and growls coming from my warriors were music to my ears. And so were the screams and pained noises coming from the other side.

Suddenly I felt hands on my shoulder and I opened my eyes to see Sawyer kneeling down beside me. He was checking me over to make sure that I was alright.

"I can’t believe that you actually did it." He says surprised.

"I never lie." I muttered out.

I looked over at the fight and I saw Tyler face to face with Katherine. She was trying to escape his attack, but he pounced in front of her every move. And then he was joined by Cade and Carter. They surrounded her and she tried to leap over Tyler when he jumped off the ground and grabbed her leg in his mouth and ripped her back to the ground.

Tyler went to stand over Katherine when that witch blasted him withe a bolt of elecriticity and threw him up against a shop 10 feet away from where he was.

"No." I say trying to get up.
