Chapter 54: Chapter 54

I tried to stand up but I was getting too exhausted and I was having trouble getting out of the chair.

"Can you guys excuse us for a moment?" I asked looking at everyone else at the table. I saw Tyler smirking as I was trying to get out of the chair.

"Sure. We’ll be over there hurrying up that food." Tyler says kissing me.

"Yes please. Tell Ethan I am pregnant and ravenous. I will eat him if he doesn’t hurry up." I said loudly.

"I’m going as fast as I can." Ethan defended himself. And everyone left the table and I told the guys to sit down.

"So, you four were all out looking for me as well." I say.

"You are our sister. No matter what you say. We do love you." Ben says.

"I know that. And I know now that I’ve been a real bitch. I think I felt abandoned when you guys left. You said that you were going to come back for me but you never did. You left me alone with him." I explained.

"We tried." Heath says.

"What?" I asked.

"We tried to come back a couple of times. The Alpha wouldn’t let us back on the terrirory. He even ordered his warriors to kill us if we stepped foot over the boarder." Kai explained.

"I wish I could say that I was surprise. But I’m really not. Why didn’t you tell me this earlier?" I asked.

"You’ve been through enough. You didn’t need to hear that there was someone else out there trying to screw you over. And that’s exactly what Daniel was doing. He was keeping you from us." Ben says.

"He knew that if we came back then he wouldn’t be able to touch you again because we wouldn’t allow it. We were older and stronger and he knew that. He wanted to keep you to use you as he pleased. We would have just gotten in the way." Cooper says.

"I’m so sorry. I should have trusted that there was a reason. But you guys left when I was 6. Over time, I guess I just forgot a lot of things. I don’t even remember if we were close when I was young." I say.

"Are you kidding. You and Cooper were inseparable. Just like you and Bella. If you weren’t with Bella and Ethan. Then you were with Bella and Cooper." Ben says.

"Really?" I asked.

"Yeah. And I used to help with some of the pranks that you played on Ethan." Cooper admitted.

"I knew it." Ethan yelled from the barbeque and I started laughing.

"That must be where I got it from." I say.

"Definitely." Heath agreed. " You two were always getting into trouble." He continued.

"I really wish I could remember all of this. It seems like I’ve missed so much." I say. And Heath pulls out a photo album and hands it to me.

"Hopefully that will help you remember." He says.

I open the front page and the first photo was of me with all four of the guys swimming at the lagoon. The label next to it says that I was 5 years old.

"That’s our favorite photo. That’s why we put it at the front. But that’s six years worth of photos in there. From the day you were born. We managed to salvage it before Daniel got rid of all your mother’s things. Don’t worry, there aren’t any pictures of Daniel." Cooper explained.

"Can I have this?" I asked.

"That’s why he bought it. It’s all yours." Heath says. And I started turning the pages. All of the photos that were taken of me with these guys. And there were photos of me and Bella in there too.

"I’m so sorry how I treated you. I didn’t remember any of this." I say.

"We didn’t do this to make you feel bad. We just needed to explain everything. That we didn’t stay away. We did try to come for you. But we couldn’t get there." Ben explained.

"I know that now. And I think I definitely have room in my life for four brothers. If you guys still think of me like that." I say trying to choke back a couple of tears.

"We’ve never stopped thinking of you like that." Heath says. And they all got up and gave me a hug.

"So, it looks like you’re all going to be uncles as well." I say.

"We can’t wait." Cooper says.

"We’re gonna spoil that one like we used to do to you." Kai says.

"Okay. I can handle that. This baby has so many aunt’s and uncle’s. Considering I started out with no family at all. This baby isn’t going to have any of that." I smile rubbing my stomach.
