The Stand-In Who Burned the Script novel Chapter 536

Vivian never wasted time dwelling on things that lacked immediate answers. Her top priority right now was getting the survival show, *Out of the Wild*, off the ground. She even planned to participate in the filming herself.

When Zoe Hunt heard this, she almost couldn't believe her ears.

"Miss Fairchild, are you... sure?"

"What's there to be unsure about?"

Vivian stepped out from behind her desk and shot her a look. "Did you forget how I survived back when I was abroad?"

Back then, Vivian had been dumped in the middle of nowhere for half a month. She had walked out on her own two feet.

Frankly, her wilderness survival experience was more than enough to qualify her as the show's instructor.

Bringing up that period made the color drain slightly from Zoe's face. Worried that it might trigger painful memories for Vivian, she quickly changed the subject. "I'll inform Director Garrison then."

"Mm."

When Gregory Garrison heard about their project, he proactively offered to serve as the chief director.

Vivian naturally had no objections. Having someone with his level of industry influence would be a massive asset.

"But we need to strictly screen the guest invitations. Don't bring in any whiny divas. We don't have the time to coddle them, and it'll save us from unnecessary drama."

The internet was highly developed now, giving everyone a platform to voice their opinions. The downside, however, was... you never knew what kind of opinions they would share.

One wrong move, and cyberbullying could easily destroy a person or a company.

Zoe acknowledged the order and left the room.

Vivian stayed in the office for a while longer. After finishing her work, she walked over to the window to stretch.

While the view from here couldn't compare to the sweeping skyline from Sterling Enterprises, it was still quite open, allowing her to see far into the distance.

Four days remained until her deadline with Dominic Fairchild. She wondered what kind of surprises... that old bastard was going to throw her way.

A smirk tugged at the corner of Vivian's mouth. She turned back to her desk, picked up her phone, and shot Silas a text.

[Darling, need an escort for the evening?]

Barely two minutes later, Silas called her directly.

"Why do you have so much free time today? You actually have time to call me. Did you miss me?"

She rested one hand casually on the back of her chair, a lazy smile warming her eyes.
