The Unwanted Wife's Return (Ex-Husband Wants Me Back) novel Chapter 141

A Sister’s Hatred

HANNAH’S POV:

THE NEXT DAY:

I don’t know how much time had passed but I was starting to feel weaker by every minute that passed. After we had moved to this new location, they finally gave me some chips and a bottle of water.

“You look pathetic.” They laughed watching as I rushed to eat the chips, and it was then my…Janet’s mother pointed out, “Well in her defense she hadn’t eaten anything in over two days. Should we even be feeding her?”

As soon as she asked I quickly downed the bottle of water in fear of the next time I might even drink something if ever. He added, “True, she won’t die from not eating.”

They quickly snatched the bottle of water and chips from me and left after Janet smiled and tightened my arms on the chair too hard it could blood stop flowing. That was all for that day and I was left in the hot, pitch black room. The room got freezing cold in the night and there was nothing except me in the chair in the room and occasionally I would hear rats and other creeping things making noise and shuffling around the room.

My neck was hurting from passing out on it and just as I tried flexing it and breaking free from being here, the door opened and the light was so bright, I felt blinded.

I squinted my eyes and saw Janet looking clean and pretty, wearing some leather shorts and a blue long sleeved hand tight fitted top. Her hair was slicked back and she had applied little make up. To be frank, I was both amused and angry, amused because she didn’t look like she was a kidnapped and toturing someone who she grew with as her sister. Angry because I had neither showered nor even brushed or changed out of my clothes and she had the audacity to even apply makeup.

Lord when this is over…or save me.

“Thank God we were so smart to take you from there, your precious Elijah came looking for you.” Janet announced and I instantly became emotional.

“Really?” That was all the hope I needed, I knew he wouldn’t rest until I returned. I could only imagine how angry he would be at himself and at everyone.
