I need therapy.
Not later.
Not “when I have time.”
Now.

She picked on the second ring.
“Hello?”
“Hi doc,” I said, shifting on the bed. “How are you doing?”
A small pause.
Then she chuckled.
“Well well… you haven’t heard from me and you didn’t call me.”
I smiled.
“Exactly. You didn’t call me.”
“I dare not ignore the PR goddess,” she said lightly.
I snorted.I
“Isn’t it the other way around?”
“Hmm,” she hummed. “Debatable.”
There was a soft warmth in her voice.

Comforting.
Sana is steady.
She doesn’t rush you.
Doesn’t push.
But somehow, you still end up saying things you didn’t plan to say.
“How are my little geniuses?” she asked.
I rolled my eyes slightly.
“Troublesome as usual.”
She laughed.
“Always,” she replied.
The call ended.
And for the first time that night, my chest felt… lighter.
Not fixed.

The next morning, I got there early.

Same calm.
Same scent that makes you feel like nothing bad can happen here.
I sat down.
Took a breath.
