Chapter 171 Cold Justice Served
Stella was Master Celeste.
She was a total treasure.
Amelia stared in shock.
The Shaw family stayed calm, like this was exactly how things should be.
Elias confirmed the truth, his eyes filled with pride as he looked at her.
Everyone in the room looked at Stella with admiration.
Many regretted doubting her pills. They hoped she wouldn’t hold a grudge.
Stella walked slowly to Seraphina, standing over her. “Miss Thorne, surprised? Shocked?”
“You did this to humiliate me on purpose?” Seraphina snapped.
Stella smiled–a sharp, beautiful smile like a rose with thorns. “You put your face right under my foot.”
“You… you’re too much!”
Stella blinked, feigning confusion. “Too much? You acted shamelessly, trying to sleep with my boyfriend. You falsely accused me of giving poison as a birthday gift, trying to send me to jail. And now I’m the one who’s ‘too much“?”
She looked around, pretending to be confused. “So… am I being too harsh?”
“Not at all, Miss Shaw! Miss Thorne has no morals!”
“How dare she call you too much? That’s ridiculous!”
“She’s so shameless!”
“Look at what she did–no decent person would act like that!”
Seraphina sneered. “You have so many heart pills. Why are they impossible to get at auctions? You’re just a hypocrite!”
“Does that concern you?” Stella said calmly, not worried about her reputation.
Everyone knew Stella’s habit: she loved “cutting the rich’s pockets” to fund her research and charity.
The rich were happy to pay, and the poor benefited too.
“Stella is using scarcity marketing! How can you all be so calm? She’s taking your money!”
“We’re happy to give it,” a guest called out.
Seraphina was lost for words.

The guests wanted more drama, but Aaron had no energy to host. “Everyone, I’m sorry. The party is over.
He didn’t need to say more. Everyone understood and left Cross Manor quickly. Only the Shaw and Moore families stayed–and Iris, who wanted to watch the rest.
“Aaron,” Arthur said, stepping forward.
Aaron waved him off, his voice filled with disappointment.
“Arthur, our friendship ends today.”
Arthur’s face darkened. He closed his eyes, heart heavy.
He’d never thought a trip back home would cost him the Cross family’s alliance.
“What Seraphina did tonight–I can’t forgive it. I’ll demand compensation for the broken pills.”
“Sienna broke them! It’s not my fault!” Seraphina shouted, jumping up.
“You brought her here,” Aaron said coldly.
“Seraphina, be quiet,” Arthur hissed.
“Also, she hurt Lulu, ruined my birthday, and damaged the Cross family’s name. I won’t let this go.”
“Aaron-”
“I’ll have her arrested.”
Arthur’s heart sank.
“As for Sienna–she hurt Stella again and again. She belongs in jail.”
Sienna collapsed to the floor. “I’m sorry! Please don’t send me to jail!” She was terrified.
She couldn’t afford to anger the Cross family–or Stella.
“Wait,” Elias called out. “Dad, Lulu isn’t the only victim tonight.”
Everyone’s eyes widened.
Elias‘ voice turned cold and cruel. “You love spiking drinks so much? Drink a bowl yourself. Then drop her in the slums of Veyra. Only then will this be over.”
“Elias!” Arthur stumbled, his voice shaking. That was his granddaughter–how could he bear it?
“Stella, see what kind of man you love? He’s so cold–blooded! How can you still love him?” Seraphina shouted, trying to stir trouble.
Elias stiffened. He looked at Stella nervously, his eyes fixed on her.
Aaron’s eyes widened in panic.
