Jasper and Nicole got into the same car. The driver saw their intertwined fingers and smiled quietly, raising the privacy screen between the front and back seats.
Nicole's cheeks burned red immediately.
"Are you shy?" Jasper whispered softly into her ear.
She didn't reply, only punched his chest lightly. The weak touch felt like a gentle tickle to him.
He gently nibbled her earlobe. Nicole held her breath completely, her heart pounding wildly.
"Take us to Crescent Bay Villa first. We're going to practice instruments."
"Yes, Mr. Moore."
Nicole looked confused. "Isn't that scheduled for tomorrow?"
"Your cousins will be with you tomorrow. We won't have privacy."
"They're really well-behaved!"
Jasper pinched her cheek softly, his voice sounding a little wronged. "I haven't held my girlfriend properly in half a month."
Nicole blinked and blushed even deeper.
"Just one hour. Then I'll take you home."
"Okay."
Jasper held back his urge and kissed her forehead tenderly.
As soon as they entered the Crescent Bay apartment, Jasper pushed her gently against the door. She had nowhere to go. She looked up at him with bright eyes and bit her lip unconsciously.
Jasper's slender fingers ran through her hair. Their lips met, and the warmth between them lit a fire of longing.
The quiet apartment was filled only with soft, intimate breathing. Every place his hand touched felt like an electric shock.
"Jasper... don't."
"Nicole... I need you to grow up quickly."
He held her so tightly as if he wanted to merge her into his own body.
"Let's come here every weekend from now on. Okay?"
"Okay."
"Don't be afraid. I won't push you."
She wasn't afraid. The feeling was just strange, and her legs felt weak.
Amber stood at the door, eyes red with burning jealousy. She had heard their families planned a New Year engagement. She had never seen Jasper so out of control, so hungry. It drove her mad.
"Ah!" Nicole screamed when she saw Amber's cold, vicious stare.
Jasper pulled her fiercely into his chest. He had finally noticed his sister behind them.
"Amber. This is my private apartment. I told you no one enters without my permission."
It was the first time he had ever spoken to her with such anger. "Leave now."
Amber's eyes flashed with hatred.
I will never let them get engaged.
For the first time, he realized how terrified he was of losing her.
He buried his face in her neck and breathed heavily. Nicole stayed completely still, her mind full of what her teacher had taught about physical intimacy. Even as a top student, she felt confused.
"Jasper... can I move a little? My back hurts."
Jasper took a deep breath. "Don't move. I'll massage it for you."
"Jasper—"
Her voice came out soft and trembling. She could not believe it was her own.
"Don't tease me. I'm not in the mood to be gentle right now."
She lowered her head against his shoulder. "I don't know why I'm like this."
"Because you want me."
"But I've always liked you. I've always wanted you."
His arms tightened even more. "You're driving me crazy."
"I didn't do anything!"
"Grow up faster."
"I'm already an adult."
Jasper pinched her red cheek affectionately.
"Nicole... promise you will never leave me."
