Javier’s POV
“You are not acting appropriately; you are disappointing her. Javier, she can’t keep waiting for you forever.” When I glanced at my grandma, I knew she was right. I needed to clean up the shambles that we had both created. She purchased the rings, and I let the show go on. It has been a year. Javier walked out of the family home and into a jewelry store. When others spotted him enter a store, they began photographing him and posted the images online. He purchased a pricey ring and reserved the full hotel floor. Of course, it was simple, since the hotel was his. They frequently packed his hotel with reporters. When he came and ordered some of his belongings to adorn the floor, reporters were there photographing every detail. When everything was in place, he contacted Gabriella and asked her to meet him at The Hills International Hotel. “I sent you a dress. The person should arrive any minute now. When you’re finished, a vehicle will wait outside for you.” He didn’t allow any space for debate. He hung up the phone and went about his business. We walked inside his apartment to freshen up after a while.
Javier had taken a seat and now waiting for his date. Reporters wanted to know why the guy was waiting. Not the other way around. People always waited for this guy. Gabriella’s limo arrived outside, and a valet opened the door for her as she strode magnificently. Gabriella was stunning in every way. The girl seemed to be a deity traversing the earth’s surface. When Javier’s gaze was drawn to her attractiveness, a tear slipped from his eye without his knowledge, and the reporter captured it on film. I swear, if this guy realized he was sobbing, he would not have allowed it to be captured on video. Gabriella stepped in front of him, but he simply claimed her lips without worrying about who was watching, but the camera couldn’t see who the female was because of the angle Gabriella was seated, but they were convinced it wasn’t Sandra. Javier felt apprehensive while they ate their food. He had never previously proposed to anybody. The father despised asking for anything, but he needed his kid and mother right now. He wasn’t Gabriella, and the only way for him to ask for her hand in marriage was to kneel. He swallowed and cleared his throat.
”It took me a while to realize how important this is to me, Gabriella," he said, “and now I know better and I don’t want to put it off any longer.” ‘I love you, I love our small family, I want this to work, I want you to be my home, my strength, I am no saint, but I know how much I love you.’ As he saw Gabriella’s tears pouring, tears welled up in his eyes. “I want us, I want everything about you, I want your face to be the first face I see before going to bed and the first face I see when I wake you.” He knelt on one knee. Would you marry me, Gabriella Parker?" Gabriella had been expecting this question when she walked into Javier’s Villa and pulled him up while yelling.
“Yes!” Grandma Felicia agree to accompany Xander, and she was on time. She stole the ring Javier had planned to give Gabriella and replaced it with another stunning diamond ring. It seemed to be ancient, yet one could tell it wasn’t inexpensive.
“Give it to her; that’s your mother’s engagement ring.” Javier was so taken aback and moved by the experience that he embraced his grandma, took the ring, and ask again.
“Would you marry me, Gabriella Parker?”
