Blanca glared at Matthew but he seemed to neglect the way she scowled at him. He asked, “Can we go now?”

By the end of the sentence, Blanca took her purse and walked straight out of there regardless of Matthew.

But when she got to that car outside, she found out that it was locked by Matthew and there was no way in. She had to lean on the car and wait for him to come.
