Reborn From Ashes novel Chapter 19

If word got out that Anna and Julia had evidence against Francis, it would be disastrous, so they remained hidden in their car.

They spent the entire afternoon there, memorizing every person who came and went from the entrance.

Finally, three figures appeared. Julia's and Anna's eyes instantly widened in shock.

They saw Francis and Morgan, and there was a woman with them.

The woman looked to be in her 40s, with a curvy figure and a refined elegance. What was most surprising was that her smile bore a striking resemblance to Morgan's.

The three of them embraced before parting ways.

Julia and Anna sat frozen, staring ahead in disbelief.

It was true.

It was really true.

Hayden was right. Morgan was indeed Francis' biological son. Francis had been hiding a mistress here all these years.

For a moment, their minds went blank, unable to process it all. They didn't know how long they sat there.

"Let's go," Julia finally said quietly. Her weak tone revealed her helplessness and resignation.

"Okay." Anna felt the same. She let out a sigh.

They drove back in silence.

When they arrived at the Sterling residence, they saw that same familiar car again. Francis and Morgan were home.

"What's your plan now, Julia?" Anna didn't dare make any decisions and left everything to Julia. After all, Julia was the eldest.

"Only Hayden knows about this, right?" Julia's voice was cold, her expression even colder.

"Yes." Anna nodded.

"In that case, take me to see him tomorrow." Julia's eyes flashed with determination as she made her decision.

Each ticket was worth ten million dollars. With ten tickets, that made 100 million dollars. After taxes, he'd still take home 80 million dollars.

That was 80 million dollars of free money. Hayden felt as if fate was smiling down on him.

This was his startup capital and his chance to truly take off.

He took a deep breath to calm himself, then sat on his bed to gather his thoughts. This money needed to be managed carefully.

In this era, the best investments for quick returns were undoubtedly real estate and stocks.

Hayden knew all about the future development zones in the city. Buying property in those areas meant getting multiple compensation apartments when the buildings were demolished.

As for stocks, hundreds of high-potential options flashed through his mind. If he had enough funds, he really wanted to invest.

Many big companies would rise rapidly in the near future. But those ventures involved billions of dollars, and his money was just a drop in the bucket.

Hayden made up his mind. He would make time to buy some property the next day.
