Hence, with a frosty tone, he said, “Seeing that you haven’t decided what you want to tell me, do me a favor and figure it out before you come next time.”

After that, he walked straight toward the door without showing any consideration.

Upon seeing the situation, Janessa panicked and quickened her pace to catch up. “Don’t leave, Sebastian. I genuinely need to talk to you. Please let me finish.”

In response, Sebastian halted his steps, turning to Janessa. “Speak, then.”

However, Janessa didn’t dare to drag things out anymore and spoke her mind honestly. “I wanted to tell you that tomorrow is Madelyn’s birthday. I’ve arranged a little surprise for her at Royal Club’s luxury suite. A lot of people will be showing up to celebrate. I came specially to tell you this, hoping you could join us. Will you?”

“Ms. Sherritt, since tomorrow is Madelyn’s birthday, she will tell me herself. There’s no need for you to make this trip personally.” He paused, then added, “Also, if there’s anything about her in the future, she’ll tell me herself. You don’t need to come here and inform me about it.”
