Chapter 103
ALPHA ATLAS’S POV
I tossed and turned on my bed throughout the night Elaina left.
I barely slept and could think of nothing, but I kept on nagging me to meet her and apologize to her.
The next morning, the first thing I did was to visi
much I had hurt her. Thunder was not making anything easy for me. He
her room.
“I’m not ready now. I am having a hangover,” a she-wolf who I figured was Elaina’s roommate opened the door. And, immediately she noticed that I was the one on the door, she screamed.
I frowned and she took a deep breath before talking. “Alpha Atlas, you’re highly welcomed,” She greeted. “To what do we owe this-”
“Where is Elaina?” The only thing on my mind was finding Elaina. There was absolutely no time for exchanging pleasantries.
The she-wolf frowned, most probably surprised that I knew the name of her roommate. “Did she do anything wrong?” She heaved a sigh. “I have always advised that she-wolf to-”
“I’m the one who did something wrong. Where is she?”
The she-wolf’s eyes widened in surprise, but she nodded and decided to give me an answer. “She left the mansion early this morning and dropped a letter for us to see. What you did must have really hurt her, because Elaina won’t be coming back again. You can check, but her things are no longer in the room.”
My face fell.
“Can I see the letter? Did she leave any hint of where she would be going?”
Elaina’s former room mate shook her head. “She did not leave a hint. She only told us that she won’t be coming again. And we threw the letter away.”
“Hattie, why are you still at the door? Tell him you have a- Elaina’s other roommate froze as soon as she got to the door and saw that I was the one at the door. She bowed her head in greeting. “Alpha Atlas, good day.”
“Don’t any of you have a clue of where your former roommate, Elaina will be?”
They glanced at each other and then at me.
“Well, I only know where her daughter is,” The roommate that just joined us said and I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. “She has a daughter?” Weirdly, I got angry on hearing this information. It dawned on me that I hated the idea of another wolf touching her. Deep down, I was a bit jealous.
By a bit jealous, I meant that I wanted to meet the wolf that got Elaina pregnant and rip his head off.
“I think so. I have forgotten her name, but her name starts with the same letter as Elaina’s name. It starts with the letter ‘E’ Her daughter stays at the boarding house in the pack’s nursery school.”
“Is that all you have about her?” I asked. Their information was more than enough. I just wanted to make sure I knew everything they knew about Elaina’s whereabouts.
They glanced at each other again and I followed their gaze back to me.
“That’s all we have,” The she-wolf that told me about Elaina’s daughter said and I nodded.

“Thank you,” I said, surprising the two she-wolves. I left immediately, not bothered by the look of surprise on their faces. The only thing on my finding Elaina.

I went straight out of the mansion, got my car and drove to the pack’s nursery school, but when I got there, I found out
that Elaina had picked up her daughter already and the school management knew nothing about her new address. They only had the old address which was my mansion.
I got her phone number from the school, but no one picked it up when I dialed the number. I decided to quit my search for her and go home, but throughout the journey home and when I got home, I thought of nothing but the need to apologize to
Elaina.
I groaned. Throughout the day, I could think of anything but Elaina and it was pissing me off. I hoped she was safe wherever she was. Thunder made the situation kept on grunting and pacing in my head.

“Thunder, will you stop,’ I snapped, but the wolf ignored me. He kept on pacing and throwing insults at me for rejecting our
mate.
Why on earth was he still attached to Elaina? He should be this worried for our mate only. I rejected Elaina, so why was he like this?
Why was I like this?
Then, it dawned on me that for the first time since Athena went missing, I had stopped thinking about her for almost a day.
I shook at how much effect Elaina had on me even after I had rejected her. I sat up straight on my bed and shook my head. I had to stop whatever was happening. The only thing I should be focusing on was finding Athena and this Elaina was a distraction.
I went back to bed, but all of a sudden, I got out of the bed, picked up my phone and booked someone to help me find Elaina. After doing this, I was able to sleep.
The next morning, I got a call from the person I paid to find Elaina. He had found her.
He told me where she was working. It was a coffee shop and without wasting time, I drove over there.
When I got there, the first person I saw was Elaina. However, I got angry immediately my eyes fell on her. She was serving a group of five wolves and they were all touching her inappropriately.
“Get your hands off me,” Elaina snapped.
“Elaina,” The manager of the coffee shop called out. “Mind how you talk to my customers. They are always right.”
Without wasting time, I stormed over to the table where Elaina was with the five wolves. Before anybody knew what was happening, one by one, I ripped off their heads while Elaina watched me.
She looked dazed.
I dropped the heads at her feet. “If anybody tries to disrespect you again, notify me. I promise you that heads will roll. The only thing I want is your forgiveness. Will you forgive me?”
