Chapter 32 

Immediately I heard Sebastian’s words, I ran out of the restaurant. I covered my face with my hands, but from what I was wearing, people could tell who I was. 

They hurled insults at me. 

I got into my car to drive away from the location and Sebastian sent me a message. It said: ‘I just wanted to let small taste of humiliation just in case you’re thinking of ratting me out. 

Today, they are hurling insults at you. If I release your nudes, everyone will hurl stones at you!

“Sh*t,” I cussed. It was not Luna–like and I rarely said such words, but I could not just stop myself. I was in a really shitty situation. 

I dropped my head back and started to cry. Thanks to Sebastian, I was in a really sh*tty situation and the worst part was that I could not open up to anybody, else I would be moving from frying pan to fire. 

I quickly wiped my tears and like I always do whenever I had a lot going through my mind, I rode round the pack. The problem now was that, most people now recognized my car so anywhere I drove to, my car was always stoned. 

I drove to a nearby pack and stopped by the same bar I met Alpha Leo in. When I got to the counter, I saw the last person I was expecting to see. 

Alpha Leo. 

Our eyes met and immediately he reached out to my hand and dragged me to a more isolated portion of the bar. 

“Alpha Leo,” I called out softly when he let go of my hand. His back faced me, but when I called his name, he turned to me abruptly. 

“I-” 

I was shut up by his lips on mine. As his tongue pressed against my parted lips, warmth bloomed in my chest. There were sparks like fireworks flying. 

His hands grabbed my waist and he pulled me close to him, but I still kept my hands by myself. Then his hands danced from my waist upward and my breast. 

Alarmed, I pulled him away from me.

He placed his hands on the wall. Each hand was beside me, caging me between his hands and the wall. He pushed his hand on the wall like he was trying to hold himself from leaning close to me and he bowed his head, shifting his eyes from mine to the ground. “Were you seriously on a date with my nephew?” 

He sounded pained. 

“I honestly cannot answer that question,” I replied and he let out a bitter laugh. 

He looked up at my face. His eyes turned black, making him look animalistic. 

I gasped. His wolf was surfacing. 

Alpha Leo’s hands left the wall and fell on my shoulders. I froze in fear. 

His grip on me was too tight and I winced in pain. 

“You want me to be mean to you, don’t you? You prefer beatings to flowers, right?” Alpha Leo’s voice was dark. His Alpha aura

made everything more intimidating. 

“You’re hurting me,” I said with a grimace on my face and he tightened his grip on my shoulders. 

“No, this is what you want. You want a toxic relationship.” 

My eyes widened. 

I was scared to the bones and I began to recall everything Sebastian did to me. 

I jerked, and suddenly fear gripped me. Alpha Leo was reminding me of Sebastian. I recalled Sebastian’s words to me yesterday. 

“Today, he got you a bouquet of flowers, right? Have you forgotten the one I gave you? How did I end up treating you?‘ 

I gulped. “Just let go of my shoulders.” 

He did, but immediately he grabbed my hand and dragged me to the parking lot. 

“I came with my car,” I said. 

“Someone will pick it up for you. I will take you home myself.” He opened the passenger’s seat door for me, I hesitated, but I eventually got in. 

We said nothing to each other during the first part of the journey. 

“You did not have to drive me home. You could have just stayed back. I did not mean to interrupt your-” 

“I was there, because I thought you might come too. My prediction was correct.” 

I looked away from him and through the window. “I am sincerely sorry for the stress.” 

“Before I met you, that bar was my second home, so there is no need for apologies. We met there, remember?” 

My heart skipped a beat. “I remember.” 

Did I really mean that much to him? I looked at him. Of course I did. He has saved 

a** tons my 

of times. 

“Today, he got you a bouquet of flowers, right? Have you forgotten the one I gave you? How did I end up treating you?‘ 

I stiffened as I remembered Sebastian’s words again. What if Sebastian was right? What if I fall for this Alpha and he treats me worse? If that happens, I will definitely go into a deep sleep just like my wolf, Dakota. 

I heaved a sigh. 

My rule to stay clear of wolves, including the Alpha beside me remained. 

“He forced you, right?” 

I looked back at Alpha Leo. “Who forced me?”
