Chapter 51 

Alpha Leo and I were finally back to the villa and we just stood across each other in the room and stared at each other without saying anything. 

I had a lot to say, but I could not find the right words to use. 

“Luna Jasmine has been arrested. Her trail is in two days. 

1 frowned. “What about her mate? Alpha Joe is the one at fault. Lima Jasmine did wrong, but it was not totally her fault. What she needs is not punishment. The person that should be punished is Alpha Joe. He can’t go scot free. He is behind everything. His Luna is just a pawn to him.” 

“Alpha Joe is definitely getting punished, but I can’t assure you that his mate won’t get punished too. She was in charge of your kidnap.” 

“Everything she did was controlled by her mate.” 

Leo heaved a sigh. 

He strolled toward me and when he was close enough, he ran his hands through my hair. “Young she–wolf, what you want me to do is to punish only the Alpha and let his Luna go scot free? 

I nodded. 

And, what if she tries to hurt you again?” He asked. This time, he brought his hands down to my face and cupped it. 

His question was a valid one. She–wolves like Luna Jasmine were dangerous. Dangerous in the sense that they were too loyal to their mates, that it becomes hard to tell good from evil. 

“A th–therapist. We should get her a therapist.” 

Leo smiled and then kissed my cheeks. Then, he brought his mouth to my ear. “Don’t you think we have something else to talk about?” 

My heart fluttered and I moved my head away. I have to make sure Luna Jasmine is okay. N–nobody deserves what she has been through.” 

He nodded and then took my hands. “That is settled. Now, can we talk about something else?” 

My face turned red and he grinned. 

I was hundred percent sure of what had came to his mind and I blushed harder. 

It was a good time to re–evaluate what our relationship was about “Alpha Leo.” 

“Leo.” He corrected. “It’s Leo to y 

you. 

I think you 

should call me whatever sweet name you can think of to.” 

I smiled. “Leo,” I began. But, I could not continue because at that moment, his phone rang and he grudgingly picked it up, 

Alpha,” the speaker of his phone blasted. “You should come back to the pack soon. Your brother is planning to use your -absence to snatch your pack. You left your pack in Beta Darius’s hands which is not bad, because Darius is a powerful wolf The problem here is that your Brother is still of Alpha blood. It’s safer if you come back as soon as possible. Waiting any longer would make the situation too dangerous. As we speak, a few of Heta Darius’s properties has been destroyed.” 

Out of anger, Leo cut the call and threw his phone away. 

“We’ve been away for barely a day,” I said. Then, it dawned on me how a lot had changed in barely twenty four hours and

how much I wanted to spend more time with the Alpha now. I looked forward to the honeymoon he proposed too, but with how things were going, I doubted if a honeymoon away from the pack would take place. 

Alpha Leo had to back. 

“I know Ivy can go to any lengths to get what she wants, but this just too much, he mumbled to himself in a small voice. but I heard his wonds very clearly. 

“Ivy? What had Ivy have to do with this?” 

“This is not my first time of spending a couple of days away from the pack, but the time I choose to leave the pack with my Luna, my brother tries to take the pack away from me. This only be one person’s doings” 

“And you’re blaming Ivy?” What business does Ivy have with his brother? None of what he was saying made any sense to me 

“We will go back to do pack anyways, just in case. As for Ivy, when the time comes, I’ll know how to deal with her. Start packing. We will leave very early in the morning tomorrow.”
