Odie pulled out a bank card from his pocket and said, "There's not a ton of money on this card, but there should be a good thirty to fifty grand. I'd appreciate it if you guys could help unload the machines. Consider it a little something for your troubles."
The mention of thirty to fifty thousand dollars made their eyes light up instantly.
Just for helping move some stuff, they'd get paid that much?
Hearing this, the leader immediately ordered his men to unload the goods, and Odie handed the bank card to him.
Odie glanced at his watch and then looked back at the unmarked car parked about a hundred meters away from the east dock.
So, Sophie really planned to watch the whole show, huh?
Inside the car, Sophie rolled down the window, watching how Odie was going to catch this whole group in one fell swoop.
As the minions unloaded the machines one by one, emptying the cargo ship, Odie finally said, "Thanks, fellas."
"Why thank us when you've already paid?"
"Thanks for personally delivering the evidence."
Odie's words left everyone stunned for a moment.
In the next second, Jonah and his team, who had been lying in wait, rushed out.
Realizing they'd walked into a trap, the men tried to flee, but Jonah's team had already commandeered the arriving cargo ships, effectively surrounding Arthur and his gang.

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free. More about what’s up with Gordon....
