Upon hearing this, Sophie could barely contain her excitement. She exclaimed, "If everything you're saying is true, then we're not the only ones who've been reborn?"
"I... I'm not sure," Elodie replied, her brows furrowing in thought. "I've often wondered about the reason behind my rebirth. I always felt it was a divine gift, a way for the universe to make up for my regrets. But there are so many regrets in this world—why were mine specifically addressed? Then, someone approached me for collaboration."
"The mastermind behind the scenes?"
Elodie nodded earnestly. "He is like the hand of God, controlling everyone's fate. He told me himself that I was chosen by him, which is why he could make me be reborn. And he did help me a lot. From getting me the actual control of the Reeves family to eventually establishing Reeves Entertainment—everything I know, he taught me."
Sophie frowned. "So, the rapid rise of Reeves International over the years wasn't just because of you, but because of this person coaching you?"
"Not entirely," Elodie said thoughtfully. "He taught me a lot, yes. But it was only after being reborn that I realized the importance of learning. I threw myself into studying things I never bothered with before. That's how I managed to finally secure my footing in Harbor City."
Elodie leaned in closer. "I called you here alone because I knew others wouldn't believe what I have to say, but you would, because we're the same."

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free. More about what’s up with Gordon....
