Rick held the medicine out to Gordon with a look that bordered on desperation. "Sir, please take your medicine, alright?"

"Take it, get some sleep, and you'll feel better tomorrow," Rick coaxed gently. "Ms. Sophie will still be here tomorrow. Isn't she always right in front of you?"
