Adler didn't even know how the shootout had started.

"Adler! What are you staring at? Take cover now!"

Jenna's shout snapped Adler out of his daze, making him realize he needed to find shelter.

In this gunfight, everyone was fighting for their lives.

Bullets don't have eyes, and once you're out of cover, unexpected dangers could easily occur.

Adler quickly took cover behind a large oak tree. Watching Jenna fearlessly charge forward, he was suddenly reminded of their childhood. Jenna was always the child Lennon was most proud of.

As a kid, Adler didn't think much of Jenna, dismissing her efforts as nothing significant because she was a girl. However, as they grew up, the difference between them became glaringly obvious.

Kena coldly ordered, "Get Reece's men to close in on our position, surround them, and annihilate them in one fell swoop."

"The young master's men have already retreated."

"Retreated? Who ordered them to retreat!"
