Upon hearing the mention of men in black from the maid, Sophie immediately thought of the members of The Silent Shadows.
Could it be that The Silent Shadows had taken notice of Jenna, and that was why they had taken her away?
"Why are you all here?"
Among them, Sophie was the calmest.
Tears streaming down his face, Tim said, "It was the lady! The lady led us here! She said this place wouldn't be discovered, but who knew those men in black would come storming in. The leader spoke to the lady about something, and then ordered his men to take both the lady and Ms. Jenna away!"
"Why would the lady bring you here?"
"The lady said this place would be safer, so she brought us here."
As Tim lowered his head, Sophie continued, "Did you all know that Ms. Jenna was hidden by the lady?"
Upon hearing this, the faces of Tim and Marian instantly changed.
"You both were in the villa that night, you knew when Wesley came back, how could you not know where Jenna went? Especially since Jenna was on the second floor that evening, but later hidden in the basement's secret room. Tim, you said you were downstairs the whole night, it's impossible you didn't see Jenna. What exactly happened that night?"
The atmosphere visibly tensed up in response to Sophie's questioning.
Finally, Marian spoke up, "It was the lady's wish."

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free. More about what’s up with Gordon....
