"Look at her. Who is this woman?"
"I have no idea, but Mr. Donny himself came out to greet her. She seems important."
"By the looks of it, she could possibly be a wealthy girl trying out life here?"
Whispers began to swirl among the onlookers.
"Ms. Nichole, we're all witnesses to your capabilities. Whatever position you desire, we can make it available to you!" Mr. Donny was cautiously flattering Nichole.
Nichole took a seat in the CEO's office chair, glancing out at the open office area, hoping to catch a glimpse of Sophie. However, even after a thorough look, she couldn't find her.
"I don't need any high-ranking position, since I'm here to learn. Is there a team leader position available?"
"Of course! There is, but a team leader position might be underselling your abilities, Ms. Sophie. You're definitely qualified for one of our executive roles."
Nichole smiled slightly, saying, "That won’t be unnecessary. I wouldn't want to cause any gossip."
"Alright! No problem. Should I inform Mr. Burke about this?"
A flicker of panic crossed Nichole's mind. She said, "James doesn't know I'm doing an internship. You must keep this a secret from him, Mr. Donny. He'd be upset if he found out I'm working without telling him."
Mr. Donny immediately nodded. "I get it. Mr. Burke cherishes you and wouldn't want you to overwork. Rest assured, Ms. Nichole, your secret is safe with me!"
Relieved, Nichole relaxed.
When Sophie and Reece walked out side by side from the company's shooting location, they happened to be spotted by Nichole.

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free. More about what’s up with Gordon....
