If a normal person saw those photos, their first reaction would be to shut off their phone in shame, never showing them to anyone.
Yet, Sophie laid those photos out for everyone to see, clearly indicating she didn't care about the matter. If she didn't care, how could those few photos possibly threaten her?
The ultimate conclusion was that Sophie was looking for an excuse to let James go.
Sophie frowned, saying, "Colt probably wasn't lying. This has nothing to do with James."
The incident was so sudden, she was initially shocked that James would stoop to such despicable tactics.
But upon further thought, there were many inconsistencies.
If James wanted to get her, why would he need to associate with someone like Jessica?
There definitely was something amiss.
Though she wanted to divorce James, she didn't want to wrongfully accuse him.
"I know you were worried about me tonight, and you went to great lengths to deal with James. Now I suddenly say I'm letting him go, I..."
Before Sophie could finish, suddenly, Colby reached out and flicked Sophie's forehead.
She was startled, only to see Colby staring at her, his eyes reflecting nothing but adoration, "Why are you explaining this to me?"
"I just feel like I owe you an apology."
"Do what you want to do with confidence. You have my support."

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free.
