The sky was darkening, and Nichole found herself restless in Ricardo's house after seeing that news broadcast on TV.
It wasn't just James she saw, but also Calla by Bea's side!

Ricardo sneered, “What tricks are you trying to play now?”

“If you’re thinking of telling Mr. Briggs that I’ve been treating you poorly, I think you can save your breath.” Ricardo coldly said, “Your secrets are all in my hands. If you breathe a word, I assure you, only one outcome will be waiting for you.”
Nichole, suppressing her fear, responded, “Ricardo, you’re really overthinking it. How could I dare betray you when you hold all my secrets? If I did, I doubt I’d live to see another day.”
“Good that you know.”
Ricardo indifferently went to change his clothes. In his eyes, Nichole was nothing more than a tool for use. Should the day come when this tool disobeyed, he could easily destroy it and replace it with a new one.

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free.
