Kayden was a light-hearted boy. James nodded at him lightly without much conversation.
The other two pairs included a famous model couple in the industry who fell in love on set and lived together for ten years before parting ways. They were the middle-aged actor Michael and the timeless beauty Tricia, both over fifty.
“We finally meet the legendary, domineering CEO,” a sultry voice called from not too far away, drawing looks of displeasure from everyone. The newcomer was clad in a provocative dress, her face heavily made-up, looking stunningly beautiful.
Sophie remembered her. It was the has-been actress, Ailsa, who once thrived in the entertainment industry with her impressive figure and gorgeous face. She once broke out thanks to her stunning beauty. Unfortunately, her style, deemed too bold and sexy, led her director husband to divorce her.
Unexpectedly, the production team also invited her over.
She must've been around thirty. It seemed the production team really chose divorced couples based on age groups.
James had no interest in engaging further with Ailsa, and her extended hand was left hanging. Fortunately, the camera swiftly turned away.

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free. More about what’s up with Gordon....
