Soon, the staff handed the fabric Nichole had selected to Sophie's manager.
The manager inquired, “What style has Ms. Rowena chosen?”
“We haven’t picked a style yet. I was just about to introduce some.”
Sophie merely glanced at the silk satin Nichole had chosen and then, with a slight smile, said to the manager, “Didn’t Ms. Rowena mention earlier that she liked the style I’ve chosen? Then, we should focus on introducing the style I’m wearing to her.”
“But, madam, the mermaid dress you are wearing is made of chiffon. Using the stiff silk satin that Nichole has chosen might not yield a good result.”
Sophie’s gown, although also made of silk, was indeed chiffon. If they were to use the silk satin Nichole had chosen, the result might be disappointing.
Sophie said, “But this is what she specifically requested. We might not think it looks good, but she might find it appealing. Besides, when it comes to business, we should listen to our customers.”
The manager quickly understood Sophie’s point. He whispered a few words to the staff by his side, who promptly brought several popular styles over to Nichole.
The mermaid dress style was prominently displayed.
Nichole immediately fell for the same mermaid dress style as Sophie’s, asking, “Is this the same style as the one she’s wearing?”
“Yes, but this style is more complex to make and might be a bit more expensive.”

Enjoying the story, to much victimising Sophie, they could at least try to target others. Hope at some point Sophie comes clean and forgives James and explain her view of loving the boy James was. Just so they both learn and move on. Really needs to be some consequences for the instigators instead of being let go. Sandy needs to see Vanessa is using her as a cover, and Sandy needs to wake up to herself, or be held responsible by her father for alienating the people she was supposed to make contact with. Hope the reporter brother is keeping an eye on what Vanessa and Odie are up to, and that he has he’s own justice in store. Hope he becomes like Reese a good partner. Hope James lives and finds he’s HEA. Need to put Nicole in prison , no release and several lifetimes , with all the evidence on the crimes she’s committed just to get her out of the way guilt free.
