Yet the police came to take a statement from Sophia. The other two people involved in the accident didn't leave immediately, so they had been investigated on the spot.

Besides, the car accident started when Sophia ran a red light. Although the second car was speeding, it was driving normally.

Drake showed the surveillance footage to the police. After seeing it, the police officer said, "Since the car has been tampered with, Mrs. Riley should not be held legally responsible, but.."
