Warhound was stunned.
Ghoul took advantage of that short moment to move at breakneck speed.
All Warhound saw was a blur in front of his eyes, and suddenly Ghoul was standing right in front of him.
A sinister smile grew on Ghoul's pale face, a claw-like hand swiping towards Warhound's head.
Warhound hurriedly dodged the attack. His speedy reaction could already be considered superhuman, but Ghoul was still faster than him. Ghoul's sharp fingernails slashed at his face, blood trickling down from the fresh wounds.
Some of the audience gasped and others
cheered.
Cheryl looked a smidge more worried than she did before.
Hagen clapped loudly, hollering, “Nice one, Ghoul! Don't give him a chance to catch his breath, just send him on his way to hell!”
Ghoul wasn't in a rush to continue his attacks, languidly licking the blood from his nails as he smiled at Warhound. “This is it... This is the taste of a feast of death.”
He bent his knees slightly and entered into a squatting position. Like a bullet fired from a gun, he lunged at Warhound and held a fist up aiming right for his face.
Roaring loudly, Warhound stepped forward and met the fist straight on.
Bam!
Their fists crashed against each other's, and Warhound was sent flying back by the sheer impact.
Ghoul followed after him like a shadow, raining down blows without missing a beat.
Warhound was not a bad fighter by any means, but Ghoul was surely out of his league.
He did his best to block most of the hits, but Ghoul quickly broke through his defenses and exposed the front of his chest.
Ghoul, taking advantage of the newfound vulnerability, rushed towards Warhound like a lightning strike and landed three punches in a row on the same spot on his chest.
Warhound's ribs were crushed completely.
