Salute To The General (Nathan Cross) novel Chapter 2525

Later, Jessica burst into fury in Ariarica's embassy when she heard what happened to Jarek.

Jemma and the other subordinates kept their heads down and listened to her scolding. No one dared to make a sound.

Then, Jessica shouted furiously, “How dare they behave with such arrogance? Since they are stubborn, we do not need to hesitate. The Cross Group shall be the first Eurasian company under Ariarican sanction.”

Jemma replied, “Yes, Ms. Pattinson.” Jessica continued, “I am meeting with Zion Lucas, the representative from Eurasia, for negotiation in Alberesque tomorrow. Don't idle while I'm away. You are to meet with all the representatives of the companies we plan to sanction. Do what you need and make them submit to us.”

Jemma replied, “Understood!”

After that, Jemma worked swiftly and notified more than a dozen internationally renowned companies in Eurasia. She told them to meet at Jewel Hotel at eight o'clock that night.

As the night fell, lights came on and illuminated the city.

Many Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maybach, and other luxury cars gathered at the entrance of Jewel Hotel.

Well-dressed men and women stepped out of these luxury cars with an air of authority. Every one of them was a chairman of a prestigious international company.

These chairmen were all well-known entrepreneurs not just in Eurasia but also around the world.

Everyone gathered here for the same reason. They had been notified about Ariarica’s plan to sanction their companies, which would severely affect their business overseas.

If they wished to avoid sanction, they had to meet with Jemma, the representative from Ariarica, at this hotel.

Furthermore, they had to meet Ariarica's conditions or else face sanctions.

These chairmen who had always appeared proud and dignified in the international business world suddenly became anxious.

“Mr. Fox is here!” shouted one of the chairmen.

A Rolls-Royce stopped at the entrance. Soon, a middle-aged man with streaks of white hair stepped out of the car. He was Chance Fox, the leading entrepreneur in Eurasia's information and communication technology industry.

Chance was highly respected among the entrepreneurs. Thus, everyone came to greet him.

Chance looked solemn as he nodded to them in greeting. Then, he glanced at the surroundings and asked, “Where is Ms. Smith, the chairman of Cross Group? Is she not here yet?”

All the chairmen wanted to see how Chance planned to deal with Ariarica's sanction.

If he planned to stand up against Ariarica, they would unite and follow in his footsteps.

On the other hand, if Chance wished to submit to Ariarica's conditions, the others would do the same.

However, none of them knew that Chance had no idea what to do either.

Although Chance's business appeared as a private enterprise, it had inextricable connections to the military. Therefore, it was a semimilitary enterprise.

Due to that, he knew the situation better than others.

A subordinate with blond hair and blue eyes answered politely, “Everyone is here except the representative of Cross Group.”

Jemma responded coldly, “Since

Penny has offended Ariarica, she is probably too scared to attend. We don't have to wait for her.”

What? Ms. Smith is too scared to attend this meeting?

Chance's face blanched. He was counting on Penny to lead everyone to stand up against Ariarica.

Unfortunately, she did not dare to attend that meeting.

How disappointing!

Suddenly, a stern female voice came from the door. “Who said I don't dare to attend this meeting?”

Everyone was shocked to hear her, includingjemma.

Everyone looked to the door and saw Penny calmly leading Colin, Ava, Jenny, and a few other subordinates into the hall.

Chance and the others were glad to see Penny and shouted delightedly, “Ms. Smith is here!”
