Valmora had always shared close ties with Eurasia. Many even regarded the former as Eurasia's loyal aide.
Not only that, but Adolf, the president of Valmora, had also publicly declared on multiple occasions, “To survive and prosper as a small country, we must know our place and do our best to establish strong connections with the bigger countries and walk closely with them. That is how we can live on.”
Many people felt he was trying too hard to please Eurasia.
However, Adolf didn't think he was wrong. He continued to uphold this principle of his by remaining by Eurasia's side as an underling, regardless of the decisions the latter made.
In reality, Eurasia treated Valmora rather well by providing economic support on a regular basis.
Not only that, but whenever Xyperia tried to pick on Valmora, Eurasia would come to the rescue.
Both countries shared a bond as tough as steel.
Hence, when Nathan took office, he chose Valmora as his next interview destination.
Upon his arrival in Valmora, Adolf welcomed him in the grandest way possible.
Nathan and his team remained for a day before bidding the Valmorians goodbye and leaving for the next country.
He spent the remaining half of the month taking part in interviews in almost every nation that shared close ties with Eurasia.
Meanwhile, Ariarica had been constantly trying to invite Nathan over, but the latter paid the country no heed.
At present, the man had just concluded an interview with a small country in Astoria.
“Where are we headed next?” he asked Colin.
“We've covered every country according to our schedule,” Colin answered. “But there are still a few other countries that have been asking you to visit, and one of them is Ariarica...”
“Forget about Ariarica. Keep them waiting, and tell them we'll only consider meeting Bryon when we've seen how sincere they are,” Nathan remarked coldly.
