Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 1940

Kevin was much more cunning than Zachary.

Kevin’s car was parked horizontally at the entry of her villa.

Hayden’s motorcade was forced to stop. They could not proceed further.

When Hayden’s car appeared in Kevin’s sight, he got out of the car while holding a large bouquet of roses.

It was different from the bouquet that morning. This time, he had someone make a money bouquet with 50- and 100-dollar bills.

That was because Hayden gave an order that no florist in Jensburg was allowed to sell roses to Kevin.

Kevin called Wildridge Manor to help, but there was no way they could send the flowers so quickly.

Since that was the case, he had to use a money bouquet instead.

Besides, he already bought out all the roses in the flower shops in the morning. His men cleared out the flowers even from shops located in the suburbs.

They had not replenished their stock yet.

Kevin leaned against his car, holding the money bouquet in both hands and looked at Hayden’s car with a smile.

He was dressed in a neatly pressed suit and tie. At that moment, he looked stylish and refined. Well, the third young master of the York family had always been sophisticated after all.

Hayden would be attending a dinner banquet tonight. If the host was able to invite Hayden, it meant that the event was naturally very important. The guests were either rich or noble.

With Kevin’s status, if he stayed in Jensburg, he would definitely get an invitation too.

However, he did not stay in Jensburg often.

The host organizing the banquet did not send him an invitation, but he personally asked for one after knowing that Hayden would be there.

Therefore, he would be attending the banquet with his Hayden later.
