Fortress Hotel had a high level of security, providing a more relaxed environment for private conversations.
Liberty agreed and told the two ladies, “Please wait for a moment. I’ll make a call to book a room.”
Liberty walked away and dialed Kevin’s number. She inquired, “Which is the most secure room in Fortress Hotel? I’d like to borrow it for a while. It should be free from eavesdropping, and unauthorized individuals won’t have access.”
Without hesitation, Kevin responded, “The presidential suite on the top floor. I’m currently staying there. If you need it, feel free to use it."
“Great. Two ladies from the Fisher family will be arriving first. Arrange for reliable individuals to discreetly take them upstairs, avoiding surveillance cameras. Make sure they’re not caught on tape.”
Kevin assured Liberty. “You can count on me. I’ll handle it. When they’re close to the hotel, have them call the number I provide.”
Kevin then shared a mobile number with Liberty.
“Use this number when you arrive. Someone will guide you to the top floor. I’ll be back soon.”
The suite was currently occupied by Kevin, and nobody could open the door except him. He needed to return to unlock it.
“Thank you.”
“Don’t mention it.”
Liberty smiled and said, “Alright then. You go ahead, and I’ll inform them. It’s about a twenty-minute drive from here to the hotel. I should arrive in about half an hour.”
Once the negotiations were settled, Liberty signed the contract on the spot, paying the required deposit.
With the matter taken care of, Liberty left with Jim and the others, leisurely heading back to Fortress Hotel.
She was already living in Fortress Hotel, so it was normal for her to return to the hotel.
The traffic was slightly congested, and the journey took half an hour when it should have been a twenty-minute drive. Even so, it was considered quite smooth. If it was during the rush hour, the journey would take a painfully long time, with no guarantee that they could make it under an hour.
The person Kevin assigned was waiting for her on the first floor. As soon as she entered, he approached her and whispered, “Ms. Hunt, please follow me.”
Liberty nodded and gestured for the person to lead the way.
