Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 3015

Serenity uttered an “oh” in realization and then said to her husband, “Zachary, why don’t we go back to stay in the manor for two days too?

“We don’t work on the weekends and nowadays the bookstore is closed on weekends too.”

In the past, when she only had the bookshop to manage, she would open it on the weekends because she might still earn a little.

Now that her business had grown, the bookstore only remained open because it had sentimental value to her and Jasmine. They did not care how much it earned.

That was why they no longer opened on the weekends.

Before Zachary could reply, he received a text from Josh. After reading the text, he showed his phone to his beloved wife and said with a smile, “Alright then. We’ll go back to the manor and spend the weekend there too.”

“They’re coming too? Let’s invite Josh and Jasmine over to have lunch together then. Can we have a barbecue party? I haven’t had a good barbecue in a long time.”

Liam was very much used to his daughter-in-law’s frequent suggestions of what to eat by now and had no problem with it.

He felt that his eldest daughter-in-law was very much like his mother. It was no wonder they got along so well.

Back then, his mother had deliberately set Serenity up to become her savior to make the whole family feel grateful toward her.

Then, she even made her eldest grandson repay the favor on her behalf by marrying Serenity.

Liam internally groused that his mother was so cunning and manipulative that the whole family would not be able to escape her grasp even if they were all Houdinis.

Luckily, Zachary and Serenity had a very good relationship and were now very much in love.

Zachary, who doted on his wife, would naturally have no objections.

Zachary texted Josh a reply.

“Seren, let’s have breakfast before we leave for the manor. I told Josh to head straight there with Jasmine and that we’d meet him there.
