Serenity and Zachary York novel Chapter 3051

Soon, Callum laughed and said, “Who cares what he’s there for? Everyone has things they want to do. He’s not a three-year-old kid anymore. He doesn’t need his cousins to worry about him.

“Honey, you should sleep a little while longer. I’m heading out.”

Callum changed into sportswear and out he went for his morning run.

Wildridge Manor was large enough that he only needed to run half a lap to get enough exercise.

More often than not, Callum would just run two laps around his own yard instead of the entire manor because it was too time-consuming.

Although it was his day off, he did not want to waste so much time because he wanted to spend time with his wife.

Camryn continued catching up on sleep after Callum left for his run.

Sometimes, she was envious of her husband. They got the same amount of rest but he was always more energetic than she was.

After Callum went downstairs, he figured his parents were probably still asleep when he did not see them.

It was cold in the morning as of late and was only just past six o’clock. Everyone was still tucked under their covers in slumberland.

Even their private chef had not started cooking yet, unsure if Callum’s family was going to eat at home or head over to Liam’s to eat.

When he saw Callum come downstairs, the chef hurriedly asked, “Good morning, Mr. Callum. Do I need to prepare breakfast? I haven’t started on it because when I asked the butler, he said he didn’t know, so I didn’t dare to start.”

Callum replied graciously, “Camryn says we’ll be eating at Uncle Liam’s, so you don’t have to make us breakfast.”

The chef said with a smile, “Alright, I got it.”

Since his employers were not eating at home, he only had to prepare breakfast for the employees, which was simpler and did not have as much variety. His workload would be halved.
