She’s Married, Sir (Scarlett and Sebastian) novel Chapter 112

Chapter 112

Susan was still ruminating on the bullying she had endured from a stranger

On her journey, she had been declaring that when she encountered Mr. Yea again, she would bring some tools to behead him.

If Mr. Yea dared to harm them, she would directly cut open his head.

Grimacing Susan clenched her jaw and her grip on the steering wheel tightened.

Scarlett, fearful of pulling the steering wheel ott, nodded and said yes as she instructed her to drive carefully

Chatting continuously, they arrived at the supermarket. After purchasing a large quantity of food, they drove home. When they returned home and went into the kitchen to cook dinner. Cosmo just happened to be there.

Greeting Scarlett, he rolled up his sleeves and took the knife from Susan.

“You two go out and watch TV for a bit. I’ll take care of this place”

Susan couldn’t help but smile sweetly, touched by Cosmo’s thoughtfulness.

Your cooking is definitely superior to ours. I’ll leave tonight’s dinner in your capable hands”

After patting his shoulder, Susan took Scarlett to the living room to watch TV.

As soon as the TV was switched on, the news of Jackman Group and Napier Group’s business union was replayed. Upon seeing Sebastian with a woman who bore a resemblance to Scarlett, Susan’s eyes widened in surprise.

‘Scarlett, that woman…”

She suddenly grasped something, and her mouth shut abruptly.

No wonder Sebastian had to compel Scarlett to sign that agreement; it was evident that he had been treating her as a stand-in

It appeared that not only had Scarlett been deserted by Sebastian, but she had also been taken advantage of

She had paid for five years in exchange for such a result.

Turning her head to look at Scarlett, she saw her calm expression without a trace of surprise, as if she had already been expecting it, making her heart even sourer.

“Scarlett, don’t be sad,”

Raising her hand. Susan touched Scarlett’s hair, not knowing what to say to comfort her in that moment.

Relieved for long, Scarlett smiled at Susan, having been a substitute.

“I haven’t been down in the dumps for ages. Why do you look so glum?”

“I feel sorry for you.”

Scarlett sighed. She comforted herself and her. “Even though he sees me as a replacement for the Miss from the Napier family, he has been kind to me these years. Plus, I can let go of Liam because of him. I’ll just think of it as me using him as a rebound guy

When Susan heard her say this, her heart felt a little better. “In that case, you owe him your gratitude.”

Scarlett was amused by her, quipping. “No need to thank him!”

Susan nodded her head and said. “You’re still laughing? He’s really pushing it by bullying you like this, but you still don’t fight back’

Scarlett’s lips curved into a smile. “I do!”

He had come to find her on multiple occasions, and she had provoked him so much that it could be seen as a retaliatory

strike

When Susan realized that she had been deliberately feigning heartlessness, she felt even more uneasy.

“Scarlett, I’m sure you’ll find someone even better in the future,”

She had no desire for Scarlett to nurry into a wealthy famuly; her only wish was that Scarlett would find someone who would treat her kindly, so that she could be at ease
