She’s Married, Sir (Scarlett and Sebastian) novel Chapter 86

Chapter 86

The moment she woke up from her dream, Scarlett felt that it was very absurd. She actually had this kind of dream.

Raising her hand, she touched her flushed lace and warm, red lips.

It must have been due to her accidentally kissing his face yesterday that she had such an embarrassing dream.

For five years she had been following him, and with each passing moment she became more and more enamored with him; his touch had become familiar to her.

She likely hasn’t acclimated to it yet, so she should be alright after a while.

As she was comforting herself, Dev suddenly called, taking her by surprise.

She grabbed her phone and responded, “Hey Mr. Gatsby, what can I do for you?”

Dey felt a little uncomfortable when he heard her business-like tone.

But he quickly collected his thoughts and replied, “Miss Sales, Phylo is not here today. Please accompany me to participate in the bidding meeting”

Phylo, who was inseparable from Dev, was actually not here?

Scarlett was a little puzzled, but she still agreed.

Once the bidding was over, he should return to the capital

She was even a little excited and said two more words, “Wait for me.” Was she that happy?

Dev was affected by her emotions and could not help but smile

“Don’t worry. The bidding will start at ten o’clock. It’s still early.”

Scarlett looked at the time. It was seven o’clock in the morning. She woke up so early this time. Was she affected by that dream?

Thinking of that dream, Scarlett blushed again. She quickly replied, “Okay,” and hung up the phone.

Afraid that Susan would message her, she quickly opened WhatsApp.

Susan sent her a few pictures and even captured some short videos.

After opening and reading them one by one, she replied to Susan.

After replying, she glanced subconsciously at the profile picture squeezed under the work group.

The blank profile picture was a reflection of Mr. Yea’s mysterious and unpredictable nature.

She tapped Mr. Yea’s WhatsApp profile, but the message she had replied to was still there.

Since then, Mr. Yea had never sent her a message or called her.

Scarlett was puzzled, he had called her over a hundred times that day, yet why had he ignored her after she replied to his message?

Confused for only a few seconds, she put down her phone, wishing Mr. Yea hadn’t come to disturb her, allowing her to rest a bit longer.

She forced herself to stay awake. After she got up and tidied herself up, she took the medicine on time.

Then, she called for a delivery and packed up the dress, shoes, and other luxury goods that Dev had bought for her yesterday

In fact, she could directly give it to Dev, but that would require a lot of talk with him. It was better to hurry up and deliver it. After she sent the things out, she took her bag and went to Gatsby Group branch company.

The bidding in the west of the city was related to Gatsby Group’s development in A Town, and Gatsby Group’s people attached great importance to it.

The entire branch company was in a busy state. Even Dev led the executives in the conference room to go through the bidding meeting’s PPT.

It was not until nine o’clock that everyone came out of the conference room

Scarlett temporarily replaced Phylo and became Dev’s special assistant, which allowed to enter the bidding meeting.

The bidding would be held in Jackman Group’s park. When the car drove into the park, it was like entering the future world.

The high-rise buildings, the imaginative landscape environment, and the invincible security systems all showed the id
