Before Emily opened her mouth, Fiona yelled, “Shut up, it’s none of your business.”
“Miss Clark, can you just get up?”
Emily could feel the tension around the room was going up if Fiona didn’t let go of her.
“Emily Morris, you leave Oskar! Sebastian will marry you, trust me, he cares about me the most…”
Emily didn’t expect Fiona, who was born in such a wealthy and noble family, would behave so lowlily for her loved one, regardless of her self-esteem.
Emily tried to pull her away for times, but failed, “Miss Clark, can you listen to me first? Nothing happened between Mr. Oskar and me. That day, he came to me to discuss the house, and he didn’t even have the chance to get into the house.”
“You yourself have also sent someone to shoot us, haven’t you?” said Emily quickly, who seemed to think of something. “You should understand the situation more than anyone.”
“I don’t know. I have never sent anyone to shoot Oskar. He hates it, and I won’t do such a stupid thing,” said Fiona, choking. “Emily Morris, I don’t care what happened between you and Oskar, what I want is that he can come back to me, would you please just leave him?”
If the man wasn’t sent by Fiona, and it should be sent by someone else. And it could be Dorothy, who dared to do something filthy like that, as Emily assumed, and Dorothy seemed to know everything she did all the time.
Sebastian left Seaview Properties, and immediately rushed to D Hotel to say happy birthday to Fiona. But to his surprise, when he arrived, he saw a mess on the floor inside the room.
Fiona looked sad and emotional, crawling on one of Emily’s feet, and there was white cream mark trailed by her robe on the floor.
Some people were holding her, some people were talking her through, and some people were yelling testily at Emily.
“What the hell is going on here?”
A reproachful voice sounded abruptly, the crowd paused, looking at the door.
The manager and Hope Hart, who stood aside Sebastian, were also shocked by the scene. They were wondering whether it was a birthday party or it was a drama?
“Mr. Clark, how…” said the manager, looking embarrassed. How did he deal with it?
Sebastian kept silent, with his face taut with anger. He bent, and tried to pull Fiona’s hand off Emily, but failed.
He tried for times, and Emily just felt that her leg was almost broken. She bore the pain, making hiss sounds.
“Fiona, you let go.”
“Brother, you will marry her for me, won’t you?” said Fiona, who looked up at Sebastian, with tears shedding.
Although everyone in the crowd kept silent to wait for his decision, to see whether he was willing to sacrifice for the reputation of the Clark family or not.
“This is Miss Morris, who murdered her own father. How could it be possible Mr. Clark will marry her? Fiona, wake up!” a voice sounded from the crowd hastily.
The more people were there, the more complicated the whole thing would get.
“Let all of them get out!” said Sebastian to Hope.
“No one leaves here, everyone stays to witness!” snapped Fiona.
Other people were in an embarrassing situation. And the most embarrassed person should be Emily Morris, for she was gripped by Fiona, and couldn’t get out of the room even if she really wanted to.
Sebastian looked indignant, his eyes filled with outrage, and he tried to hold Fiona up by embracing her waist.
