"When's the wedding?" Gary suddenly asked.
Kevan froze for two seconds before he finally realized what Gary was asking. Then, a wave of crazy joy rose up in Kevan.
"It's not decided yet." Kevan did his best to stop himself from smiling as he replied calmly, "I need to see what Lari would say."
"Since you're already back together, it's better if the wedding comes fast. My daughter can't possibly just follow you without anything to her name!"
Gary was still unhappy with Kevan, but the asshole had already stolen Larissa away.
No one could stop him now.
Kevan wanted to have the wedding quickly too to prevent himself from having nightmares about it.
But now Larissa was busy establishing a Blue Star branch in Bartham, and she did not care about anything else.
"Uncle Gary, this is a gift." Kevan took out a document from his briefcase and handed it to Gary.
Gary's eyes narrowed as he looked at it carefully—
"A property deed?" he exclaimed in surprise.
Kevan was giving him the whole building where Bartham's branch of Blue Star was.
"Although Blue Star is only using two floors, you will surely expand once you've moved your headquarters over there.
"Microworks has a few departments in this building. When you accept this deed, I will transfer the monthly rent into your bank account."
A whole building in the heart of Bartham was definitely not cheap. Gary was a little conflicted. He did not know if he should accept the deed or not.
If he accepted it, it seemed that he was taking advantage of Kevan.
If he did not accept though …
Well, he could not just give his daughter away to the Rogers family for "free".
"I don't want your gift." Gary found a middle ground after thinking about it. "It's the same if you give it to Lari."
