How could he pull it through?
How strong he was?
The storm was very powerful where it came in full force toward the fortress. Everyone was able to see how strong Rei’s power and even the knights and the magic users didn’t have any clear idea about it until now.
They were dumbstruck and speechless, especially when most of them only knew about Rei’s existence by hearsay.
Meanwhile. Cane was on alert when he witnessed it, even Lou couldn’t pull this kind of power. It saved to say this was not something that cane expecting at all. There is something vicious about it that he couldn’t explain by word and this kind of power that could bring such massive destruction, shouldn’t have existed in the first place.
Everyone watched as the strong and powerful fortress was being blown away as if it was nothing and when you just snapped out of your shocking state, everything was done. Everything had turned into dust and dirt, leaving the evidence of Rei’s strong power.
"This is unbelievable." Lou was in disbelieve. Even a magic user like him was amazed by his power. "How he can do that?" He muttered to himself and Ethan agreed with him.
The fortress crumbled before their eyes and there was nothing more terrifying at this moment than the ancient black magic user before them who happened knew how to call the storm.
Rei breathed deeply and when he turned around his face was as gentle as usual. "I am done. I think it is safe for us to go inside now." He was a little bit disappointed because he couldn’t see Iris since the Alpha sent her to stay inside the carriage, but it didn’t dampen his mood.
Above them, the sky was clear again and the warm light of the sun basked upon them.
Cane showed nothing on his expression, he was as callous as usual and when he led his warriors to charge forward he didn’t show an ounce of emotion.
They went inside the pack and found a few things there. The front area of the pack, where the main gates were, had been abandoned. Houses around this area had been left by the owner, instead there was this new high wall that separated the two area, it’s almost like a second fortress.
"I don’t remember there is this high wall the last time I was here." Lou looked around them.
Cane and the shifters led the people in the front but Lou didn’t join them, he stayed beside Iris’s carriage with Zale and Abby’s carriage right behind it with Cedric stayed inside with her.
Meanwhile right behind them was the people from Holy Kingdom. The Merchant and magic users brought up the rear. The magic users from the Holy Kingdom were wearing black cloak with hoodie that covered their faces, which making a challenge to know whether they were men or women.
"What happened Lou?" Iris asked, poked her head out of the carriage window. She could feel something was not right and they stopped for a while in this spot.
